You can pick up your event ticket from any Ticketmaster outlet from now until show day. It is best to do so before the concert day to avoid the queues at the venue on event day. The venues Ticketmaster Box Office is located on Harbour Street, Wollongong, at WIN Stadium's Gate A and is open from Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 5.00pm daily. The cardholder must be present and produce their credit card, photo ID, the Ticketmaster receipt number and sign for the tickets before they can be released. ELTON SHUTTLE: A shuttle bus service will be made available for patrons attending the Elton John concert at WIN Stadium. The shuttle will loop between Wollongong Train Station, parking at Wollongong Central P3 Parking (Keira Street & Kenny Street entries) and WIN Stadium. The Elton Shuttle will operate from 3:00pm to 7:00pm for patrons arriving to the concert, and again from 8:30pm to 10:30pm for departure of patrons at the conclusion of the concert. DROP-OFF/PICK-UP POINTS: A drop off zone will be in operation on Burelli Street between Harbour and Corrimal Streets. Access to this area of the precinct at the conclusion of the event may be limited, and patrons are asked to be patient. PARKING: There are approximately 1,200 parking spaces located within close proximity, and only a few minutes walking distance, from WIN Stadium. MOBILITY RESTRICTED ACCESS: For the mobility-impaired, WIN Stadium offers ease of access through all external entry gates (all at ground level with no steps). Limited accessible parking is located in Stewart Street East carpark, however must be reserved pre-event through Ticketmaster on 02 4220 2884. ROAD CLOSURES: The following road closures will be in place for the concert: - Harbour Street, North bound (between Stewart & Burelli Street) - Harbour Street, South bound (between Burelli & Crown Street) - Quilkey Place (access road behind WIN Entertainment Centre) Which entrance do I use? WIN Stadium has four main public entrances. These are noted as Gate A, Gate B, Gate C and Gate D. Gates A, B and C are located on Harbour Street and Gate D is located on the beach side of WIN Stadium. Patrons using Gate D should walk around the WIN Entertainment Centre via Crown Street. What if I ve forgotten something in my car and I need to go and get it? Pass-outs will be available at the concert. Patrons will be required to obtain a pass out from any of the public gates (Gate A, B, C & D) upon exit. Patrons will be able to re-enter the venue on the condition that they are in possession of the issued pass out and their valid event ticket upon exit and re-entry to the venue. What should I bring with me? WIN Stadium encourages patrons not to bring any bags, however small bags (up to width 25cm x height 20cm x depth 10cm) will be permitted. All patrons with bags will be subject to bag checking and other security checks at external gates upon entry to the venue. Due to access and emergency management requirements, WIN Stadium has a policy that no items such as prams, strollers or push chairs can be left in the access ways of the Stadium during an event. By leaving strollers or push chairs in access ways, they could create a possible obstruction to other patrons and in particular, could impede evacuation procedures of the venues (if necessary). What can I buy at the venues? Food and beverages will be available to purchase including bar service. Proof of age photo ID is required to purchase or consume alcohol, and service will not be provided to people less than 18 years of age or an intoxicated patron. The venue reserves the right to deny entry to and/or evict intoxicated patrons or under-age patrons found with alcohol. No alcohol can be brought onto, or leave WIN Stadium. What should I do if I have a problem on the night? Any problems should be reported immediately to one of the venue s ushers, security personnel or the Ticketmaster Box Office. What do I do if I have lost something? If you have lost an item and it has been handed in, it will be given to our security personnel and placed in a lost property area.
