In addition, the theatre can be configured to provide an open, flat floor room with up to 8,400 square feet (780 square meters) of usable space to support fashion shows, corporate functions and hospitality events. Located above the primary theater volume, the space is designed with an expansive window wall located immediately behind the stage, providing spectacular city views of Sao Paulo as a backdrop to performances and special events.

IA-250.03 The monumental stair is shifted out of the main space and express towards the exterior providing ample daylight to the space. Activating the elevation through circulation, it provides patrons with views of the beautiful Pinheiron River.

IA-250.05 The diffused light from the precast ceiling further highlights the cool and warm tones that defines the spaces. Through materiality, the bright cool tones of the pre-function area contrasts with the warm wood tones that lead patrons to the theatre entrance and main house space.
IA-250.06 The theater interior space is designed with a combination of folded acoustical wood panels and an acoustical fabric. Theatre LED lighting is introduced behind the folded walls to allow for complete immersion and space integration during live performance and special events.
