Award will be presented to the property owner. The project may be executed by professionals or do ityourselfers. 5. The top voted interior project and the top voted exterior project will each receive awards. 6. Interior projects can be as simple as one room renovation to a kitchen or bathroom remodel to a full interior restoration. 7. Exterior projects can include exterior paint job to a porch restoration, to a full exterior renovation. Additional comments: I would like this to be presented as a competition. Before and after photos will be required, photos taken during the project are a benefit for the judging.
