Grotto Design At Agility we Pride ourselves in providing our customers with a Bespoke Package. We can develop a project from concept through design, to build and beyond. In fact, the sooner we are brought on-board, the more we can offer. No project is too Big or too Small. The concept can take weeks of planning and numerous drawings. Grotto Construction Our Workshop & Construction Team work 12 months of the year. Our joinery manufacturing capabilities cross a broad spectrum: from simple scenic sets to all manner of specialist scenic construction. Installation Whatever we make, we are happy to install. We can deliver virtually anything, anywhere a small van load, 4 truck loads, or more. We have experience of installing in all manner of venues and environments and to all manner of deadlines.
Grotto Hire Christmas Grotto Hire Agility create theatrical Christmas environments in which Santa and his Elves are visible for shoppers and families to see as they walk by. Families may pre-book online or arrive on the day. Each child receives a gift, photo souvenirs are also available. Christmas Grotto set hire is adaptable to all spaces and themes. Recruitment & Management Agility Events will interview and recruit local staff who have experience within Retail and Customer Service. Recruitment will include: The ability to interact with children of all ages. To keep a festive cheer at all times. Improvise and use own initiative whilst at work. Role play as Santa or Elves. To be able to offer excellent customer service, including money handling. All members of staff will be DBS checked. Training will include: Job responsibilities of each role. Delivering a magical experience to each child. Customer service standards and expectations. Disability awareness. Health and safety including risk assessment. Till and money handling. Management Cash Handling. Digital Photography & Printing. Onsite training will include Grotto walk round and understanding role play. Queue management and controlling customer flow. Any technical operations. Safety and security of the site. Ensuring training is understood throughout the launch.
Entertainment All Singing All Dancing Performers Can be hired to entertain the Children whilst they wait to see Santa.
Costumes Themed Costumes can be provided for all event staff. We stock, design and manufacture the highest grade quality costumes. Mr & Mrs Clause Full Time Staff to have 2 x Costumes for Hygiene Any damages can be repaired within 12 hours. All materials used will be of the highest standard and flame proofed.
Wrapped Gifts All presents are separated based on the child s age: Babies, 1-2 Unisex, 3-6 Boys, 3-6 Girls, 7+ Boys, 7+ Girls. Each child will receive a unique gift, this can also be themed depending on the design of the grotto. Parents see the gift as a true reputation of the admission fee, because of this we make sure we use value for money toys and try and use products that are familiar to children such as Disney, Marvel and Mothercare. All gifts comply with all relevant safety standards.
Merchandise There is a wide range of Merchandise Available. Agility will provide and install all Digital Photography systemsas part of our service. Our proprietary digital photography system is based on Canon technology and allows the Santa's assistant to remotely take each photo on cue. Our cash terminal location for both entry fees and photography purchases will be at the grotto exit position, where the customer can view and purchase photos from the photo booth and or from the grotto. Customers may preview their photo on screen post visit, even if its another day within the season. All Photo memorabilia and gifts will be produced immediately at the cash terminal for the customer to take away instantly. Credit Card Machines are also available.
Meet The Team! Tony Jennings Director Founder of Agility Events Ltd. Tony has 17 years of experience delivering and project managing high end events.tony is one of the driving forces behind Agility Events strive for excellence and attention to detail. His huge passion for Performing Arts with his expertise can see a production from the initial design to the delivering of the event. Josh Hadfield Millar Project Manager Josh has over 8 years experience in sound, lighting, set building and project management. He has a real passion for the entertainment industry. Josh delivers to the highest standard possible,whether it is programming lighting for an arena concert or designing a Stage Set for Broadcast. His enthusiasm and attention to detail is not to be missed. Victoria Elvin Event Manager Victoria has great passion & enthusiasm to provide Agility Events with the level of detail and professionalism that is required. Victoria has worked in customer service & tourism now for 18 years and has studied at Hull University gaining a degree in Tourism Business Management. Victoria's background and product knowledge will assist to create the experience Agility Events strives to provide.
Ben Sprling Logistics Manager Ben joined Agility with a keen interest in technology and a strong head for logistics; two things he has continued to excel in since being here. With a background in Production and Lighting design,ben s roles include Logistics, Design and occasionally helping hand to Maintenance. Matt Moran Stage Carpenter With background in Stage Carpentry, Technical Theatre & Automation Matt is well suited to our team. Matt has built Sets for West End Musicals such as Miss Saigon & Phantom of the Opera. He has toured with amazing acts such as Kylie Minogue, Pink & Westlife to name but a few. Matt has also trained as a Performer Flying Technician. With Matt s Skill Set, the Sky Is The Limit! Jack Hanson Production Assistant Jack has recently joined the Agility Team with an eagerness to learn. After having already worked in the warehouse and in customer service Jack has a good knowledge of our product portfolio. Jack started as an Elf and is now a full time Production Assistant. Jack is the ideal addition to continue Agility Events strong heritage and brand.
