Deliverable D.18A - Dissemination 1 INTRODUCTION TO DISSEMINATION 1.1 DEMONSTRATIONS Document 5008v2 describing objectives of this task has been written and uploaded on Agora site. TF 505-D1 template Form (year 2007) related to Demonstrations has been done and is accessible on Agora in WP5 section. It is updated by partners at each new contribution on the subject. For 2007, no demonstration could be made, and B21C could be simply present through partner booths. As a first step, it was agreed to prepare a project poster and a project membership panel, to be posted on partner booths. When results and demonstrations become available, as outcomes of the WP1, WP2, and WP4, dedicated actions are decided, depending on the different types of events we are addressing. A responsible partner is assigned for each of these identified actions, to make sure each action is executed as a sub-project itself. Coordination will again be insured as defined above. Financing the participation to events has required a clear agreement from all WP5 partners, on a case by case basis. 1.1.1 List of demonstrations February 2007 3GSM Barcelona SIDSA contributed on Booth 14 (Spain hall), to demonstration on DVB-H. February 2007 CSTB Russia SIDSA contributed on Booth 201B, Mobile Zone, to demonstration on DVB-H. April 2007 NAB Las Vegas - SIDSA contributed on Booth C3144, Central Zone, to demonstration on DVB-H. June 2007 - Broadcast Asia Singapore Teamcast contributed on Booth 8L2-07 to demonstrations on DVB-H and DVB-T2. August 2007 BIRTV Beijing Thomson participated on its booth to DVB-H demonstration. September 2007 - IBC Amsterdam Thomson made DVB-H demonstration on its booth; TEMEX Sync presented Time & Frequency synchronization solutions for DVB distribution networks in SFN mode. TEMEX Sync proposed to provide such equipments to B21C partners who need to present SFN demo. Teamcast made DVB-H, DVB-SH demonstrations on Booth 3-311. Mier Comunicaciones made a DVB-H demonstration on Booth 8.251. SIDSA made DVB-H demonstrations on Hall 4 stand 348IPTV/ Mobile Zone, booth 245.
