I don t like pizza, but I like fish. We often eat fish. In my family we don t eat fish because my mum hates fish. But we eat a lot of vegetables. Do you like vegetables? I like some vegetables like tomatoes or broccoli. We sometimes have carrots or potatoes for lunch. But I hate spinach. What s your favourite food? Look! The smart phone next to it is only 190. That is still too expensive for me. Listening Comprehension 7 Hi, my name is Joe and I live in Huddersfield, Yorkshire. I usually get up at a quarter to seven. My mum and dad are already up. Mum works in a bakery and has to catch the bus at half past seven. My dad has to leave the house at seven. He is a music teacher at a secondary in Huddersfield. It takes him half an hour to get there by car. I have a quick shower and then I make breakfast for my brother and me. My brother has a bowl of cereals, I usually have some toast and cheese.. We usually have breakfast at a quarter past seven. At twenty minutes to eight we hurry to the bus stop where the school bus picks us up. School starts at a half past eight. I have lunch at half past 12. I often bring my own lunch to school.
4 School ends at half past three. I usually get home at a quarter past four. Then I go to my room and listen to some music. When mum gets home at six in the evening we all have dinner together. My father usually cooks dinner because he comes home at half past four. My brother and I always do our homework after dinner, then we sometimes watch TV or study for school.
