FLIGHTS ELECTRONIC TICKETS AND SEATS: Electronic ticket copies are not necessary for check-in; only a valid passport is required. A manifest with E-ticket numbers, Record locators and Seat assignments for each tour member is on the next page and also posted to MyKI. Changes to seating can be done at airport check-in. Note that seats for the Amsterdam to Berlin flight are under airport control and each tour participant will be assigned a seat upon check-in at the Savannah airport. PASSPORT COPIES: We urge you to take a set of copies or make sure each member of the group has their own copy. This will be required should a passport go missing during the tour. CHECK-IN AT SAVANNAH AIRPORT: We recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure. Delta Airlines ticket counters are located in the Main Terminal Second Level. The group will be checked in individually and checked luggage will be checked through to Berlin, Germany. Each passenger will be issued 3 boarding passes: Atlanta (ATL), Amsterdam (AMS) and Berlin (TXL). After check-in, each passenger must clear a security checkpoint before proceeding to the departure gate. CONNECTION AT ATLANTA HARTSFIELD-JACKSON AIRPORT: Connection time: 1 hour 58 minutes Your Delta flight will arrive at the Domestic Terminal and your connection flight departs from the International Terminal. The Plane Train connects passengers to all terminals. Arrival and departure gates are assigned on day of travel. On leaving the aircraft, please check the electronic monitors for up-to-date gate information. CONNECTION AT AMSTERDAM SCHIPHOL AIRPORT: Connection time: 1 hour 40 minutes Your Delta Airlines flight will arrive at Arrival Hall 3 and your KLM connection flight will depart from Departure Hall 1. Upon leaving the aircraft, please check monitors for upto-date gate information and flight time. Your tour guide, Ilse Mang, will be waiting for you here to escort the group to the awaiting coach. RETURN TO USA: The group will be transported to the Frankfurt Airport for check-in 3 hours prior to departure. Delta Airlines ticket counters are located in TERMINAL 2. The group will be checked in individually and checked luggage will be checked through to Savannah, USA. Each passenger will be issued 2 boarding passes: Atlanta (ATL) and Savannah (SAV). After check-in, each passenger must clear a security checkpoint before proceeding to the departure gate. CONNECTION AT ATLANTA AIRPORT: Connection time: 2 hours 22 minutes On leaving the aircraft, please follow signs to US Immigrations and Customs. You will need to claim all checked luggage and clear customs checkpoint. To checkin luggage for the connecting flight, simply hand it to a Delta Airlines agent in the baggage re-check area before exiting customs.
