Introduction This guidance is for registered providers, and explains the correct use of the CQC logo and other images when displaying your CQC ratings. CQC has permitted use of its corporate logo and ratings images in the following circumstance: Where the use is by an organisation that is regulated and registered by CQC and the purpose is to display CQC ratings on that organisation s website. These guidelines explain the correct use of CQC s logo and other images (referred to as CQC brand images throughout) when creating your own CQC ratings display to comply with legislation (see www.cqc.org.uk/content/display-ratings for more details). By following them, you will ensure that wherever people see your CQC ratings display online, it is reproduced consistently. Although we strongly advise using CQC s ready-made tools to display your ratings (see www.cqc.org.uk/content/ratings-display-toolkit), we acknowledge that a small minority of organisations may not be able to use these tools and may need to use CQC brand images to create their own ratings display. Please note: Organisations that are registered with CQC are not permitted to use these CQC brand images for any other purposes. Organisations that are NOT registered with CQC are not permitted to use the logo and other brand images. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
