Eurpean Cmic Art SUBMISSION INFORMATION FOR CONTRIBUTORS ECA accepts riginal research articles, bk reviews and review articles. Original research articles shuld present new knwledge and findings in the field and shuld be arund 8,000 wrds (including ntes and references), althugh lnger and shrter articles may be cnsidered. Review articles shuld review a minimum f three titles and be 2,000 t 4,000 wrds. Authrs shuld submit articles as Micrsft Wrd r Rich Text Frmat (rtf) files by e-mail t Dr Laurence Grve at laurence.grve@glasgw.ac.uk. Please d nt hesitate t cntact the editrs shuld frmatting clarificatins be needed. FORMATTING The dcument must be set at the U.S. letter standard size. The entire dcument (including ntes and references) shuld be duble-spaced with 1-inch (2.5 cm) margins n all sides and n extra spaces between paragraphs. A 12-pint standard fnt such as Times New Rman is required fr all text, including headings, ntes and references. Any unusual characters r diacritics shuld be flagged by placing the entire wrd in red type. COVER PAGE The cver page shuld prvide the title f the article, cmplete cntact infrmatin fr each authr (mailing address, phne number, and e-mail), bigraphical data f apprximately 100 wrds fr each authr, a ttal wrd cunt, the number f tables and/r figures included and any acknwledgements. Affiliatins and e-mail addresses will be psted nline fr indexing/abstracting purpses. ABSTRACT/KEYWORDS The article must include an abstract f n mre than 150 wrds and 6 t 8 keywrds. The abstract shuld nt duplicate the text verbatim but rather include the research questin r puzzle, identify the data, and give sme indicatin f the findings. Keywrds shuld be drawn frm the cntent and nt duplicate the article title, listed in alphabetical rder, and separated by cmmas; nly prper nuns shuld be capitalized. COPYRIGHT/PERMISSIONS Upn acceptance, authrs are required t submit cpyright agreements and all necessary permissin letters fr reprinting r mdifying cpyrighted materials, bth textual and graphic. The authr is fully respnsible fr btaining all permissins and clearing any assciated fees t reprduce cpyrighted materials. PUNCTUATION Ellipsis: Mark the missin f text within a qutatin by an ellipsis ( ), preceded and fllwed by a space. D nt place an ellipsis at the start r end f a qutatin. If the mitted text fllws a cmpleted sentence, a perid (pint) shuld fllw the cmpleted sentence.
