Sealed bids will be received and time stamped at the 1 st Floor Service Center Desk until 2:00 PM CST January 4 th, 2017, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. NO BID DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED NOTE: SEALED BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED AND TIME STAMPED at the 1 st FLOOR SERVICE CENTER DESK NO LATER THAN THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED. ALL BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THAT TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. THE VENDOR ASSUMES THE RISK OF ANY DELAY IN THE RECEIPT OR HANDLING OF MAIL OR OTHER MEANS OF DELIVERY BY EMPLOYEES OF THE DISTRICT. Envelope must bear the name of the firm submitting the bid, the Official Publication Number and the Official Publication Title. Two (2) complete bid responses, including attachments, are to be returned, one of which must be an original. BIDS CONTAINING ANY ALTERATION OR ERASURE WILL BE REJECTED UNLESS THE ALTERATION OR ERASURE IS CROSSED OUT AND CORRECTION PRINTED IN INK, OR TYPEWRITTEN AND INITIALED IN INK BESIDE CORRECTION BY THE PERSON SIGNING THE BID.
