L Orchestre des Musiciens d'europe Humanity and peace in Europe variety of cultural interests and music The orchestra was founded in summer 1994 in Belgium Leaving aside their cultural, national, social, linguistic Jean Marie Curti - conductor and professional attributes, some of the musicians, music teachers or students at conservatories attended a working session prior to performing an original repertoire. So far, the orchestra has played in Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, the Ukraine and in China. In residence at the majestic and prestigious Abbey of the Dominicans of Haute-Alsace at Guebwiller for ten years, the orchestra is since 2008 at Namur in Belgium, has a partnership with IMEP and is Supported by GDF-SUEZ.
L Opéra Studio de Genève The Opera Studio of Geneva is a non-profit organization, founded some 30 years ago by its artistic director Jean-Marie Curti, with the aim is to promote lyrical art for a broad public and to facilitate access to the professional scene for young soloists. The records show more than 100 productions to date which are commended throughout Europe. This structure not only promotes lyrical creations, but also concerts with choir and orchestra, a group of soloists linked to early music, courses and internships, a summer opera academy - Europa Musa - in the charming town of Samoëns in Haute-Savoie (France), large and diverse educational activities, also addressing disability in various forms. The OSG has several regular or occasional residencies for its productions, including Chêne-Bougeries, suburban town of Geneva. It actively practiced since its beginning cross border activities with Swiss and French neighbors and prepares its productions in Samoëns in Haute Savoie.
The Neemrana Chamber Orchestra New Objective: bring together selected Indian western classical musicians and ultimately create an Indian orchestra of International standards. In order to prepare for the Opera Roméo et Juliette by Gounod in March 2014, we have invited Jean Marie Curti, conductor of orchestra Musiciens d Europe to India on two occasions to give workshops. The orchestra will consist of 10 string instruments from different cities in India (Delhi, Missouri, Calcutta) Next : From 9 till 15 December 2013: JMC and Tirabosco with Chamber Orchestra Workshop followed by Concert with Michel Tirabosco panpipes and Chamber Orchestra conducted by Jean Marie Curti (Benjamin Britten Simple Symphony, JS Bach Dances of the 2nd suite for flute, strings and continuo, Ottorino Respighi Danze antiche No III, JS Bach Concerto for Oboe of love BWV 1055)
