The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion Frequently Asked Questions 1. What is The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion? The Pavilion is an outdoor amphitheater that hosts an array of performing arts and contemporary entertainment. It is also known as The Center for the Performing Arts at The Woodlands, a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization. 2. Where is The Pavilion? The Pavilion is located at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive The Woodlands, Texas 77380. For directions and maps go to www.woodlandscenter.org/directions.html. 3. How do I purchase tickets? How much do they cost? Ticketmaster is the official ticketing source for The Pavilion. Tickets for any event at The Pavilion can be purchased through www.ticketmaster.com, by calling 800-745-3000 or by visiting any Ticketmaster outlet. Tickets also may be purchased in person at The Pavilion Box Office. The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on event days from 10 a.m. (Sundays at noon*) through intermission. The Box Office does not sell tickets over the phone. *In the event that a concert is on a Sunday and an all-day festival, the Box Office opens at 10 a.m. Ticket costs vary with the event. When purchasing tickets at The Pavilion Box Office or Ticketmaster service charges will apply. More information on ticket costs can be found at www.woodlandscenter.org/events.html or at www.ticketmaster.com. 4. Can I refund my ticket? There are no refunds or exchanges with the exception of a cancelled or rescheduled event. 5. Do I have to buy a ticket for my child? For most contemporary and performing arts events, children age 5 and under are admitted free to the lawn without a ticket when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children 3 years of age and older must occupy a seat when in the reserved seating area and must have a ticket. At special children's shows, children 2 years of age and over must occupy a seat when in the reserved seating area and must have a ticket. At these same types of events, children 2 years of age and older must have a ticket for the lawn.

6. Is there anyway to upgrade your ticket from the lawn to reserve seating? The Pavilion does not normally upgrade tickets. If you bought a lawn ticket and want a reserved ticket you need to purchase a new ticket. We cannot refund the other ticket. On the rare occasion that we do offer upgrades they will be available at the lawn chair stands or at the back window of the venue box office. We do not announce ahead of time if we do upgrades. 7. I purchase tickets on my credit card, but I am not attending. Can someone else pick up my tickets without my credit card? If your tickets are paperless your guest will not be able to pick them up. You can contact Ticketmaster and ask that your tickets be changed to a different delivery method. If your tickets are will call you will need to have your guest s name added to the account as an alternate pick up name. Your guest will need their photo ID and the confirmation number. They will not need the credit card. Guests cannot pick up tickets at will call with only the credit card. They must have a picture ID that matches the name on the account. The exception for this would be if the tickets are paperless and the guests are utilizing the tickets as paperless in that case they do not need to visit the Box Office they can go directly to the gates with the credit card. 8. I lost my credit card that I purchase my tickets with. What do I do to get my tickets? If your tickets are at Will Call and not paperless, you will need to bring your confirmation number and photo ID to Will Call to pick up the tickets. If your tickets are paperless you will need to come to the Box Office on the night of the event with your confirmation number and photo ID and ask that your paperless tickets be printed. Do not go directly to the gate. 9. I purchased tickets with the paperless option. What do I need to get into the venue? You need the credit card used to purchase the ticket to be able to enter the venue. 10. I purchased a Groupon for one of your concerts. How do I get my tickets? If you purchase a reserved seat ticket from Groupon for a concert, Groupon will send you a confirmation via email on how to redeem your reserved seat tickets.

If you purchased a lawn ticket from Groupon for a concert, the G-Pass lawn tickets will need to be printed out and guests can go directly to the gate with the voucher. The Pavilion will not accept a G-Pass lawn ticket on a cellphone. You must print out a voucher for each ticket purchased. 11. I purchased a Groupon for one of your concerts and I lost it. What do I do? The Pavilion can not replace a Groupon Voucher and you will not have access to the concert. Most Vouchers can be replaced from Groupon but once the Groupon has been redeemed at the Box Office the tickets can t be replaced. 12. I have a Groupon Voucher, but it was purchased under someone else s name, but with my credit card. Can I still get access into the venue? If someone other than the name on the voucher wishes to pick up the tickets then they must contact Groupon and have a new Groupon sent to them with the updated name. 13. How can I get accessible seating tickets? The Pavilion maintains accessible seating in various sections of the seating area and at various prices for guests with mobility impairments. Seating near the stage is available for guests with visual or hearing impairments. These tickets are available for purchase through Ticketmaster and The Pavilion Box Office. 14. How can I get backstage passes or meet and greets? The Pavilion doesn t sell backstage passes or meet and greets. Most backstage passes and meet and greets are sold through the tour (artist). The Box Office does not sell packages. Those can be normally purchased on the tour s website, fan club or a package on ticketmaster.com. 15. How do I get group tickets? Are there any discounts for Group Sales, Seniors, Veterans, High School, etc.? Most contemporary concerts do NOT offer group tickets. To check on a specific concert and group ticket availability, contact Live Nation at 800-745-3000 and ask for the group sales department. Please note that the ticket price for these concerts generally is NOT discounted for groups. The Pavilion Box Office handles group sales for Performing Arts events only.
