Specification of Wall & Card Calendar printed for last year was as under:- Card Calendar : Size 220 mm x 140 mm. Multicolour printing on both sides on 300 GSM, Sinarmas Art Board with lamination on both side with list of holidays at the bottom. Wall Calendar : Size 30 x 20 Tin mounting as top & bottom with arrangement of hanging, single page bilingual (English & Bengali) with list of holidays and displaying of same of our retail products. (Bank s name, month & year in Hindi). 3. We propose to print 25,000 Card Calendar and 35,000 Wall Calendar (single page bilingual with list of holidays) for the year 2016 in order to distribute the calendars amongst our branches / offices. We would like to call the rates from the vendors right now so that we can issue printing orders to the L-1 vendor after receipt of list of holidays from Govt. of West Bengal.The bids will be called from the approved panel of printers(as empanel in Sept,2012).Vendors, against whom there are adverse report will not be considered for bidding operation.
