What is a library catalogue? A library catalogue tells you what material (with specific information about the type of material) is held by a particular library. Most libraries have computerised catalogues which allow you to access the library catalogue via the Internet. This type of computerised catalogue is often called OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue).

AIRE Cerca la citazione Starting from the citation of articles, books or journals, this search tool displays the list of services available for those documents and provides links to them. The citation linker can determine if the item is available electronically via full-text; if the item is available in print in the library or if the item needs to be requested through the interlibrary loan service. You can also access other services such as bibliometric indicators and tools for managing bibliographies.
