Interconnections Sockets Sockets Plug General characteristics 0R and 1R series connectors provide the following main features: Security of the Push-Pull LEMO self-latching system Housing of composite material, available in four colours and in metallized version Two keying systems G and A High packing density Solder, crimp and print contacts 2
Push-Pull Self-latching Connection System The plug and the socket can be mated by simply pushing axially the outer shell of the plug. Pulling on the cable or any other component of the plug than the outer release sleeve cannot break the connection. The connector can be unmated by a single axial pull on the plug outer release sleeve. 3
Outer shell Material and characteristics Outer shell of polyarylamide IXEF, reinforced fibreglass material, the mechanical characteristics of which are comparable to light metal alloys. Available in four colours RAL and in metallic version, with electromagnetic interference protection: grey (RAL 7035) standard 50 50 42 42 blue (RAL 6034) green (RAL 6019) 1 11 20 29 1 11 20 29 ochre (RAL 1017) nickel (MIL-C-26074C) 30 36 19 28 10 36 19 28 10 30 Two keying systems (key G or A) prevent unwanted cross mating of otherwise similar connectors used in different applications.
