2 / Contraindications: - Do not use the device HELIGHT PRO in pregnant women or in children. - Do not use HELIGHT PRO with anti-inflammatory drugs, which can cause a loss of efficiency, or photo sensitizers products, synthetic or natural. - Do not use HELIGHT PRO on cancerous lesions or untreated cancer without medical advice. - The practitioner has an obligation to inform the customer about these risks and contraindications, although no serious side effects have been described in the scientific literature. 3 / precautions for use: The children do not have to play with the device. The cleaning and the maintenance by the user must not be made by unattended children. This device can be used by at least 8-years-old children and by people having reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or divested of experiment or knowledge, if they are correctly watched or if instructions relative to the use of the device in complete safety were given to them and if the incurred risks were understood. The device Helight Pro is drived by a unit of power supply. Use the device Helight Pro only with the power supply supplied with the device. Never use another unit of supply. The device Helight Pro must be only drive under the very low-voltage of safety security corresponding to the marking of the device. This device is intended for use exclusively indoors. Do not expose the unit to rain or moisture. Never put the device into contact with water. To reduce the electrical risk, do not spill water or other liquids on the unit. During use, the patient must wear the goggles provided with the device. In the event of discomfort, you can add a cotton pad or a demak up pad between the eyes and glasses. In case of problems, consult your doctor. 4 / Presentation - Contents of the carton The device HELIGHT pro is delivered in two boxes. A box contains the unit LED with its wired remote control and its unit of supply, an arm intended to be put between the unit LED and the 4 wheel base, as well as professional glasses for the practitioner and glasses of protection for the patient, an instruction for use. The second box contains the 4 wheel base constituted by a base and 2 tubes of the stand. The safety glasses are intended to protect the eyes of the patient and the practitioner of the light. no danger for the eye (confer the certificate of non toxicity available for consultation, however the intensity of the light HELIGHT is strong and can cause a discomfort of the same order as a person who would look at an electric bulb very closely in its apartment). In case of dazzle, wait for a few seconds so that that disappears. The device Helight Pro is constituted by a unit LED with wired remote control, by a metallic base with wheels for the travel, as well as an spring arm with articulated jack, intended to position the device on any part of the body. Assembling Assembling of the LED Unit. The Helight Pro Device is delivered with a wire remote and an universal adaptor. 1 / Connect the connector of the remote to the back part of the LED unit and screw the round ferrule till it is well fixed. 2 / universal apdaptor connexion
Connect the black male Jack of the adaptor to the white female Jack of the back side of the LED unit. Connect the Mains cable to the adaptor. Plug thewire to a wall plug. When the Helight Pro Device is plugged, it is immediately ready to work. For wheel stand Set-up Instructions : You can find the procedure of mounting foot on our website: www.helight.com I / Inside the carton There are 4 différent parts 1 / a 4 wheel base with the Helight logo 2 / A larger diameter tube with clamping lever 3 / a smaller diameter tube 4 / A white box with a spring arm and wrench tools. (there are 4 wrenches in a plastic bag.) II / The Helight stand set up 1 / Take the 4 wheel base and put in on the ground. 2 / Take the bigger tube with 3 screws. Put the lower part with a screw on the upper tube of the base. Unscrew a little bit the screww if necessary with your fingers. Take the biggest wrench and now, screw the black screw of the lower part of the tube to the base. There is a hole on the back side of the base. Do not hesitate to swrew strongly in order that it does not move.
3 / Take the smaller tube with black. Put is in the bigger diameter tube. Pull the small swrew outside and release it when it is in front of the choosen hole of the small tube, then screw the clamping lever. 4 / Take the spring arm and put it on the upper part of the vertical tube of the stand. Normally it fits well. Take the smallest wrench and screw it. 5/ Take the end of the spring arm and ben dit a little bit with your hand. You have to make an effort because it is a little bit hard. (this part is made to easilly move when the LED unit is clipped. Now the 4 wheel stand is finished. III / Fix the LED unit to the spring arm Take the unit and clip it to the spring arm. You just have to put the rectangular palstic part situated on the back side on the unit into the corresponding part of the spirng arm. Now the unit can move all over the spring arm. You can up or down it, you can turn it, you can move to left to right. All chosen position. If the movement is too loose, take the wrench and screw the two screws situated below the spring arm at the end of the arm. In this way you can still move the LED unit, but it stays at the exact position you want without moving. 5 / Use Start-up the device Device HELIGHT PRO can be used: - seated on a chair while the device is put down a table. - laid on an aesthetic table, while placed on its 4 wheel base. The HELIGHT PRO device can be oriented in any position: vertical, horizontal or inclined. See the installation video on the site internet www.helight.com Install comfortably the patient according to the areas to be treated, either sitting or lying down. Exposure to light LED Helight is calming and relaxing, even if this is not the chosen indication. Make sure that your patient is well installed to make the most of these benefits.
Make sure that the area to be treated is clean, without makeup if it comes to the face. Put the goggles to the patient. Move the device HELIGHT PRO close to the area to be treated. According to the Protocol, the distance between the area to be treated and the device varies. The treatment area can be removed up to about 10 centimeters (about a hand long). Once the unit well positioned, enter the time of the treatment into the remote, following the protocols of the chosen program. Although not toxic to the retina, the light emitted by the device Helight Pro it is recommended that the practitioner to wear protective glasses intended for him before turning the Helight Pro running in order to avoid any glare that can embarrass him. HELIGHT PRO is not operator dependent. You can continue your activities during the session. HELIGHT PRO turns off automatically at the end of the session. At the end of the treatment, the duration of the session has passed and the device Helight Pro stops automatically, you can move unit away from the treated area, remove the glasses from the patient and release him. It is possible for the patient to continue his activities immediately. If no special care is needed after a session, a complementary treatment or a massage session or even a session of drainage to enhance efficiency and the relaxing effect is welcome. Instructions for use of the remote. When the device Helight Pro is connected on the Mains, it sets in sleep mode automatically and is ready to work. Lay the person on the examination table under the device Helight pro for a session of light so that the zone to be treated is centered on modules LED. Take the remote control in hand and adjust the time of exposure in the light according to the selected protocol, by pressing the buttons and Θ. Each time you press the button you increase the duration of the session of one minute. Each time you press the button Θ you decrease the time the duration of the session of one minute Once selected the duration, Press the button SET during 5 seconds to start. The device stops automatically when the selected duration is over. At the end of the session you can hear a bip and the lights switch off.
When the Helight Pro works during a session, you can stop it at any time by reaching a Pause fonction. Press the button SET in the course of session, and the Helight Pro stops immediately. You can restart and continue the session by pressing the button SET during 5 seceonds. Meter: A meter which calculates the number of sessions made as well as the total duration of use displays by pressing simultaneously the button Θ and the button SET. Demonstration : A function "demonstration" allows to light the device during 15 seconds, by pressing simultaneously the button and the button Θ This function does not increment the meter adding up the number of made sessions. 6 / Indications HELIGHT is a French manufacturer of LED devices, specialized in natural red light for health. 7 / maintenance - Hygiene The HELIGHT PRO unit requires no special maintenance. Like any electronic device, make sure you do not leave the device without use for long periods of time. Switch off the button SET by pressing. Plug out the wire from the wall plug Do not use or do not store the device in a place that does not correspond to the normal conditions of use. Avoid anything that can damage the LEDs. Hygiene: clean the device HELIGHT PRO after each use with a wet wipe or only with soapy water. Do not use solvent of gasoline, alcohol, thinners or other product chemical. 10 / Resolution of problems - conduct failure: - Make sure that the device is plugged and that the adaptor is working. When it is plugged, a blue LED lights on the face of the adaptor. - Check all the wires from the wall plug to the device LED unit. - Press the button SET for 5 seconds, verify that the screen of the remote displays minutes and seconds. - If the device does not start, and if the light does not switch on, please contact the manufacturer. 11 / customer service (after-sales Service) The customer service of company HELIGHT SAS is organized to take back and Exchange a faulty unit within eight days, except particular difficulty. Defective devices are either exchanged, either repaired. According to the procedure established by the company Helight SAS, a new Helight Pro unit will be shipped to the customer who will use the packaging to return the defective unit. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the company Helight SAS throughtout the warantee period. In case of Exchange, any defective unit not returned will be invoiced to the customer.
12 / responsibility and guarantee The company Helight SAS is not responsible for health problems due to the use of the devices. The end user has the obligation to respect the contraindications listed by the manufacturer and to ensure that his State of health is compatible with these contraindications. The company Helight SAS guarantees the conformity of the products Helight Pro at the State of the European and North America regulatory standards. HELIGHT PRO devices rented for business customers on the French territory remain the property of company Helight SAS which undertakes to replace any device down on the express condition that the defective unit is returned to the company within eight days. If it turns out that the failure is due to an improper use of the machine or is the result of negligence of the user, repair or Exchange may not be taken in charge, for part or in its entirety by the company HELIGHT SAS. HELIGHT PRO devices sold to distributors, benefit from the manufacturer's warranty. All products benefit from the legal guarantee of compliance (articles L.211-4 to L.211-13 of the Code of consumption) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the Civil Code), with the possibility to return the defective or non-conforming products within 15 days. Helight Pro devices also benefit from a contractual guarantee limited to (2) years from the date of delivery. It is possible to extend the warranty for a period of (3) years with an additional cost. As part of this warranty, any defect in operation from a defect in design, material or manufacture gives right to the Exchange or repair of the product, after defective recognized product review by the company. The warranty does not cover defects that would come from nonuse or maintenance protocols indicated by the company Helight SAS or in the operating instructions for the product or defects that would come from a neglect of a foreign cause to the product such as a bad electric installation, accident, lightning, fire, damage from water, sand or liquid penetrations inappropriate storage, abnormal use, a use in a wet or outdoor environment. The guarantee does apply either in the case of shocks, use of parts or accessories not manufactured by the company, in the event of alteration or withdrawal of lot number stamped at the factory, intervention or modification made by a third party not authorized by the company. To benefit from the warranty, the customer must contact the company Helight SAS. After the written consent of the company, the customer shall then ship the unit to the address indicated by the company. The customer will comply with the indicated procedure. An unauthorized return may be refused by the company. In case of defective product return fees are charged to the company. The company will
repair or replacement of the product. In case of replacement of product to the title of this warranty, replaced products are themselves guaranteed but only for the remaining to run the original warranty period. The goggles provided as an accessory, are not included in the warranty and must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase for replacement, in the event of faulty State. The Client doesn't have the ability to repair the product by a third party company at the expense of the company. Repairs and disposal fees are payable in cash.
