Audition Information for MY FAIR LADY Four Seasons Theatre will present MY FAIR LADY from August 19-21, 2011 at the Wisconsin Union Theater. Auditions will take place on Monday, May 2 from 7 pm to 10 pm and Tuesday, May 3 from 7 pm to 10 pm. Callbacks will be held later in the week. How to sign up for an audition: Advance sign up for auditions is required. Email your name, phone number, and preferred audition date to audition@fourseasonstheatre.com to make an appointment. You will receive a confirmation email with your exact time and audition location once your request is received and processed. What to prepare: Please prepare 32 bars of a classical musical theatre piece (Rodgers & Hammerstein, Bernstein, Styne, etc). Please have your music clearly marked and in a 3-ring binder with pages copied back to back. A professional accompanist will be provided. A cappella auditions are discouraged. There will also be a short dance/movement audition. Please bring appropriate footwear. Schedule: Our first cast meeting will be in late June. Rehearsals will run from Sunday, July 17 through August 18 with performances August 19-21 (see draft schedule on page 4). Please bring your calendar to the auditions so you can note any conflicts at that time. Please note that all cast members must be available from 6 pm to 10 pm from Sunday, August 14 through Thursday, August 18 for technical week rehearsals. Performances: Friday, August 19 at 7:30 pm Saturday, August 20 at 7:30 pm Sunday, August 21 at 2:00 pm Casting Decisions: Casting decisions will be made by Sunday, May 8. All actors who are cast in MY FAIR LADY will receive a personal phone call by 5 pm on Sunday, May 8. In addition, the cast list will be posted on the Four Seasons Theatre website at that time.
