Specialized equipment such as remotely controlled drones, motion controlled camera rigs, systems for 3D-capture/printing and custom-built rigs are available upon request; regionally or locally depending on your location. SINGAPORE STUDIO Terms (*) Package pricing is available depending on nature of project - please contact us for more information. 1. Studio day rate is based on 12 hours per working day. (8am to 8pm) 2. Overtime rate @ 1.5 x day rate. 3. Graveyard shift - 12mn to 8am @ 2 x day rate. 4. Studio Booking - Set build, strike days & pre-lighting @ 50% rate. (without aircon) 5. No smoking indoors at all times, designated smoking areas are available. 6. No refunds will be made for any cancellation request 24 hours prior to booking. Up to 50% will be refunded if cancellation request is made 48 hours prior to booking. 7. The various facilities are to be returned in its original condition. Otherwise, a penalty fee of $727.60 shall be charged accordingly for clearing and cleaning the facility. Hirers shall be liable for any damages incurred. Payment DAILY HIRE : 50% upon confirmation/before shoot and balance to be paid at the end of the shoot day. WEEKLY HIRE : 50% upon confirmation and balance on final day of shoot.
