Guidelines for Contributors 1. The manuscript should be prepared in MS word template not exceeding 10-12 single spaced typed pages and should be submitted electronically as an attachment to the E-mail Id of mentioned above. It must be prepared in 12-point Times New Roman. Each manuscript requires an abstract with a length of 10-15 lines in 12 point font Times New Roman and Italic, followed by 5-7 keywords. Leave 1 inch margin for each - top, bottom, left and right. List of References must be present. 2. The manuscript should be accompanied by a cover page containing article title, authors name, designation, affiliation(s) of author(s), phone/fax numbers, and email address (details of the authors name and designation should not appear elsewhere in the manuscript) and a second page containing title, abstract. In the case of multiple authors the cover page should indicate the author to whom correspondence should be addressed. 3. All the sources must be acknowledged by the author through appropriate documentation/references where ever required. This includes direct quotations, as well as ideas, concepts, data and diagrams. Citations should include full details of the name(s) of the author(s), title of the article or book, name of the journal, details of the publishers, year and month of publication, and individual page numbers. 4. Tables and charts should be in black and white only and should be serially numbered. The source should be indicated at the bottom. Use thousands and millions rather that lakhs and crores. 5. Book review must contain the name of the author and the book reviewed, place of publication and publisher, date of publication, number of pages and price. 7. The review process usually takes about one month. Authors are required to send a duly signed copyright undertaking by post after acceptance mail. PUBLICATION FEE The International Journal of Research in Management & Social Science is an online open access journal, which provides free instant, worldwide and barrier-free access to the full-text of all published manuscripts to all interested readers in the best interests of the research community. Open access allows the research community to view, any manuscript without a subscription, enabling far greater distribution of an author's work than the traditional subscription based publishing model. Many authors in a variety of fields have begun to realise the benefits that open access publishing can provide in terms of increasing the impact of their work, because there is at all no charge to access its research content. The review and publication fee of a manuscript is paid from an author's research budget, or by their supporting institutions. As costs are involved in every stage of the publication process, like manuscript handling form submission to publication, peer-review, copy-editing, typesetting, tagging and indexing of articles, Electronic composition and production, hosting the final article on dedicated servers, electronic archiving, server and website update and maintenance, supporting sales and marketing costs to ensure global dissemination and administrative and overheads, each author is asked to pay certain fee as follows. Indian Authors: The publication fee of accepted paper is Rs 500 for Research Scholar. The publication fee of accepted paper is Rs 800 for single author paper, and Rs 1000 for multiple author s paper. Foreign Authors: The publication fee of accepted paper is $20 for Research Scholar. The publication fee of accepted paper is $30 for single author paper, and $40 for multiple authors paper. The author / authors will get a complimentary copy of journal along with publication certificate after publication of the paper free of cost. The fee must be paid prior to publication. The article accepted for publication will be processed further toward publication after the author/s pays the necessary fee. If you do not pay review fees immediately after receiving email of acceptance from us it will be difficult to process further your paper for publication.
