Awaken Touch Panel Touch anywhere on the screen to wake-up or activate the touch panel. Press logo to access the password page. (Panel will time out after two minutes of inactivity) User Control Mode Enter password for desired User Control Mode. Control Mode Options: User Local Video/Audio Control Manager Main Area Video/ Audio/Volume Control Corporate All Video/Audio/Volume Control with Password Change Selections Select desired control option. (Options vary based on user mode.) 1. Go to Video Switching Page 1 2 3 5 2. Go to Audio Switching Page 3. Go to Volume Control Page 4. Select default settings to all areas. These buttons will change all TVs or Audio, with the exception of the Meeting/Play rooms. 1 2 3 5. Exit and return to logo page. 4

Video/Audio Switching Select the desired area by geographical layout or by touching one of the corresponding area buttons on the right of the display. If there is only one monitor in a selected area, the display will show the current input and switch directly to the sources. If more than one monitor is available, the display will show a deeper, more detailed selection page as illustrated by this screen shot. Volume Control All will raise or lower all zones except meeting/play rooms. Volume presets will change all areas except meeting/play rooms. The More button will display more volume controls and meeting/play room controls.

Video Input Page Select source you want to affect. Satellites, Computers and Signage will display a deeper, more detailed selection. Send Audio will send the current Video Source Audio to the area selected. Audio Input Page Select the audio source you want to affect. Satellites and Computers will display a deeper, more detailed selection. Mic will give the option to turn on/off the microphone for the selected area. Confirm the switch on the actual microphone is on. Satellite Control Select the desired satellite to affect. Change Channel Select the Change Channel button to change the channel on the selected satellite. If you want to change all satellites to a default station, select the green Default All Channels button.

Meeting/Play Rooms The Meeting or Play Rooms have the volume option for video and audio routing providing all-in-one control. To affect both rooms simultaneously, use the Combine button and Meeting/Play Room 1&2 volume control. Video Wall Selection Select the Video Wall from the Video Output Page you want to affect. Video Wall Mode Once a desired Video Wall has been selected, select the Video Wall button (bottom right) to change video wall mode. Mode will vary for each video wall. If video wall is already in proper mode, either re-select same mode or reference Video Wall Input on the next page.

Video Wall Input Each monitor can be divided into multiple windows. To change Video Wall Input, choose window you want to change. Change as you would any other monitor. The images to the right are just examples of what it might look like. View Video Wall Select the monitor you want to change on the Video Input Page. Select a video wall as source, from the sources page. You may have one or more Video Wall choices.

Advanced Tech Only User Guide Touch Panel Disabled In the event the Touch Panel Disabled screen appears, press and hold touch panel for 10 seconds to bypass and clear disabled message. Change Presets Tech Only Change all monitors to desired inputs. Meeting/Play rooms are not included in the presets and are only affected on a local level. Press and hold desired preset for five seconds. Default Changed will appear once saved. Presets can be saved on this page or Audio/Video layout page, but not local area pages. Change Presets Easier Select Input to Output mode in tech page. This will allow you to use the same inputs for all desired outputs for easier configuration. Be sure to change it back to Output to Input when finished. Password Change To change password, select desired user, clear password and enter new password. Exit will save and return to previous page. Password can be 1 to 10 digits long. Initial default passwords are: User-1111, Manager-2222, Corporate-3333
