Splash Touch screen to begin... Powers on the system Presets the volume to default levels Advances the touchpanel to the Main. 6

Main - Menu Shades Displays Lighting Volume Presentation Audio Conference Recording Sources Video Conference Activates the shade control menu at the top of the touchpanel. Activated the displays control menu at the top of the touchpanel. Activates the lighting control menu at the top of the touchpanel. Activates the appropriate volume controls at the top of the touchpanel. Activates the presentation source options in the center of the touchpanel. Activates the audio conference control in the center of the touchpanel Activates the video conference options as detailed later in this document. Powers on the projector and monitors if off. Selects the default video conference setup. The projector will always display the far end image. The rear camera is selected as the default send source. Advances the touchpanel to the Exit System confirmation screen. 7

Video Conference - Dialing Dialing Controls: Keypad, Connect, Disconnect Notes Phonebook Navigation Arrows, OK / Menu, Cancel PIP Standard on-screen menu video conference dialing controls for the Tandberg MXP series codec Selecting the Presentation Sources menu option while in Video Conference mode will advance the touchpanel to the conference exit confirmation screen described later in this document Activates the codec phonebook and displays the vide conference menu controls in the center of the touchpanel Standard on-screen menu controls for the Tandberg MXP series codec Toggles the picture-in-picture function of the codec 20

System Shutdown Progress Bar Provides the user with an indication of the progress of the system shutdown sequence When system shutdown is complete the touchpanel advances to the splash page automatically 31
