ABSOLUTELY NO ABSENCES allowed during Tech Week. AT THE THEATER ALL REHEARSALS MUST START ON TIME. Please be dressed, in hair/makeup, and ready to begin at the scheduled time. Tech Table with power cord needed in the house (2 six foot tables). Microphone will be needed in the house during all spacing, tech rehearsals, and dress rehearsals. Microphone will be needed backstage (stage left) for preshow speech during dress rehearsals and performances. Headset communication (backstage SR & SL, Booth, and Fly Rail x 2) and dressing room communication will need to be set up prior to or during load-in. Check all headset and dressing room communication. Quick-change areas will be needed on both stage right and stage left. Stage flags moved to storage space. 8 six foot tables will be needed for the Ballet Nebraska Guild to be used in the lobby Orpheum Tables will be needed in the dressing room hallway. Performance CDs should be completed to give to the Stage Manager (4 copies for each Act of the performance). Reception CDs should be delivered in advance for all receptions that will take place after the performances. The photo area for patrons and dancers should be set up inside the designated reception location. 9
