Many shows are choosing to sync the show LED lights to a gentle wash in all seating areas. This also gives you full control of house from FOH. When your stage LEDs go red on stage, well, the aisle lights, the pavilion ceiling and even the large trees on the back of the lawn can be the exact same red to truly make the audience feel like part of the show.
IN-HOUSE VIDEO Merriweather has 5 LED video screens in 1080i HD 16:9, 59.94 frame rate. We will need an HDSDI feed from you if we are to feed our screens from your content. Merriweather has a full HD Studio with up to 10 HD cameras and all related gear. We are here to make your artist look good from any vantage point in the venue! Merriweather is happy to provide a Blu-Ray or HD video file of the night s performance. Please just let us know your video needs during the advance and we will make it happen. MERRIWEATHER HAS BEEN A LEADER IN GREENING INITIATIVES FOR MANY YEARS. SOME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE In 2007, we added a solar farm to the loading dock roof and have already produced over 12,000 kwh/yr. In 2008, we applied for a co-op biodiesel fueling station for 875 participating co-op members and tour busses (currently on hold do to new state EPA regs). For 2009, we built a LEEDS-certified new concessions / restroom building with waterless urinals, green roof water capture system etc. In 2010, we are hoping to save 51,072 kwh/yr, replacing 85 par can house lights with color blast LED fixtures in a property lighting overhaul. For 2011 and beyond, I.M.P. is committed to picking one project a year that makes REAL change we re not joking! ARTIST LOUNGE Merriweather has an area located backstage with hammocks, wifi, lots of large trees, and of course the massage tent, where Merriweather offers complimentary massage therapy for all artists and crew every show from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm. BIODIESEL Biodiesel is available for your fueling needs, via Baltimore Biodiesel. A B20 blend is stocked on site at Merriweather.
