Please plan accordingly.

04 TICKET INFORMATION PARKING 05 CHILDREN Children age 2 and younger do not need a ticket. Children age 3 and older will need their own ticket in order to enter the stadium. DISABLED SEATING Accommodations may be made for those with disabilities. Please contact the Insight Bowl Ticket Office at (480) 350-0911 or (800) 635-5748 for more information on disabled seating. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS If your ticket has been lost or stolen, please contact the Insight Bowl Ticket Office at (480) 350-0911 or (800) 635-5748 as soon as possible to be re-issued a ticket. The cost of replacing a lost ticket is face value of the ticket. The replacement ticket you are issued will supersede the original. In the event of a stolen ticket, in which you can provide a police report, you will not be charged for a replacement. Should original tickets be found, they may be returned to the Insight Bowl Ticket Office for a full refund within two weeks following the date of the game. TICKET OFFICE INFORMATION The Insight Bowl Ticket Office is located at 7135 East Camelback Road, Suite 190 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Tickets may be picked up at this location until Wednesday, December 30, 2009. The Insight Bowl Ticket Office will move to the Sun Devil Stadium box office on game day only, Thursday, December 31, 2009. TICKET RESALE/SCALPING The resale of tickets, regardless of price, is prohibited at the stadium and within the parking lots. Fans who purchase tickets from someone other than the Insight Bowl do so at their own risk as those tickets could be counterfeit. The Insight Bowl is not responsible for and will not provide a replacement or a refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through a secondary provider. WILL CALL Will call will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Insight Bowl Ticket Office in Scottsdale until December 19, at which time the Ticket Office will be open seven days a week (please contact the Insight Bowl Ticket Office for holiday hours). Items purchased over the phone or online will be placed in will call two days after the purchase. Items purchased over the phone or online within 10 days of the event date will automatically be placed at will call. Guests picking up their tickets from will call on game day must go to the main box office located at the south side of Sun Devil Stadium beginning at noon. Team will call will open at noon at the main box office. NCAA-designated player will call will be located on the south side of Sun Devil Stadium; home team at the southeast gate and visiting team at the southwest gate. Player will call opens at 2:30 p.m. on game day. The ticket office will close at halftime of the game. Passes may be purchased at the Insight Bowl Ticket Office or online at www.fiestabowl.org. Parking may be purchased on game day in Lot I only. No parking passes will be available for purchase or pick-up on game day at the ticket office/will call area. All parking passes must be picked up by December 30 at the Insight Bowl Ticket Office during regular business hours. PARKING LOTS All parking lots, including bus and RV lots, open at noon. Vehicles will not be allowed to arrive the evening before or remain the night after a game to park overnight. Parking for the Insight Bowl is at your own risk. Neither the Insight Bowl nor Sun Devil Stadium is responsible for any damaged or stolen property. Please note that there will be an increase in traffic both before and after the game due to the Fiesta Bowl Block Party, which will begin at 5:00 p.m. on December 31 in the Mill Avenue District. Please see the parking map for road closures and be prepared for heightened traffic flow, and visit www.fiestabowl.org for up-to-date traffic information. For alternative transportation options, please visit www.valleymetro.org for information on the METRO Light Rail and public bus transportation.

06 STADIUM POLICIES 07 ALCOHOL No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the stadium. Fans must purchase alcohol from a concession stand, as they will not be able to purchase alcohol from their seats. A limit of two alcoholic beverages will be sold per transaction. Alcohol sales will cease at the beginning of the third quarter of the game. Any attempt to bring alcohol inside the stadium or possession of an alcoholic beverage not purchased from the concessionaire may result in ejection. State of Arizona law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. All fans should be prepared to show proper identification if requested by the concessionaire staff member. Fans providing alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 years of age of will be ejected from the stadium and subject to arrest. ANIMALS Guide dogs, signal dogs or other animals individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability may enter the stadium with that individual. No other animals are allowed inside the stadium. ATMs ATMs can be found in any of the following areas inside the stadium: Upper Level: Sections 206, 220, 240 Loge Level: Section 105 Main Concourse: Section 7, 8, 18, WC 26, 33, outside Police Station East Entrance Southwest Entrance Carson Student Athletic Center: West of Ticket Office Sparky s Stadium Shop near the Southeast Gate AUTOMOBILE ASSISTANCE/AAA ARIZONA Automobile assistance will be available in the parking lots surrounding the stadium provided by AAA Arizona, the official towing partner of the Insight Bowl. Please contact a parking attendant for assistance. BUS TRANSPORTATION There are various bus stops surrounding the stadium. Please refer to the Valley Metro Bus route maps online at www.valleymetro.org. CART SERVICES A cart service (including passenger & wheelchair carts) is provided for guests requiring assistance within the gates of Sun Devil Stadium. Carts will transport guests from inside the stadium gates to the main concourse upon arrival and from the main concourse to the stadium entrance gates upon departure. The cart service begins when the gates open to the public 1 ½ hours prior to game time and conclude once the stadium has been cleared. Travel to the loge level and upper deck is limited, so please arrive early. All travel to the loge level and upper deck stops 15 minutes prior to kick off.

08 STADIUM POLICIES 09 Carts Services continued... There are four (4) designated pick-up and drop-off areas located just inside the southeast, southwest, northeast and north gates. Please note that these carts do not leave the stadium gates anytime throughout the event. A pre-game and post-game shuttle is offered throughout the parking lots as well. These carts are offered to shuttle guests from the disabled lot to the northeast and southeast gates, pre-game. Post-game, non-wheelchair accessible golf carts will be available from the northeast and southeast stadium gates to shuttle guests to the disabled parking lots. This service will end approximately 30 minutes after the game concludes. CODE OF CONDUCT Fans wearing clothing deemed obscene or indecent will not be allowed entry inside and are subject to ejection from the stadium. Foul or abusive language and obscene gestures will not be tolerated. Fighting, taunting, threatening remarks and inappropriate gestures will not be tolerated. Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to any type of illegal drug or excessive alcohol consumption will be not tolerated. Excessive standing in seating areas which blocks the view of other fans will not be tolerated. Other actions that cause a disruption and hinder the enjoyment of the game for other fans per the judgment of the stadium staff or security will not be tolerated. COMMENTS AND CONCERNS We value your opinion as a fan. Please feel free to express your comments or concerns to us at feedback@fiestabowl.org. CONCESSIONS Sodexo is the exclusive food provider at Sun Devil Stadium. Concession stands accept cash and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover). ELEVATORS Elevator access is limited throughout Sun Devil Stadium. Individuals with specific needs for elevator access to seating areas should contact guest assistance inside the stadium. EMERGENCIES All ticket holders should record their section, row and seat numbers at home and/or office. Child care providers Emergencies continued... and family members should have this information and call (480) 965-7064 in case of an emergency only. Messengers will only be able to locate individuals with seat locations. ENTRANCE GATES There are entrances on the north and south end of the stadium. The northwest gate and field-level walkway will not be open to the public. If you are sitting in sections 16-21 you must access your seats from the main concourse. FAN BEHAVIOR We want all the fans at the stadium to enjoy the game, so please be considerate of your neighbors. Failure to comply with stadium policies may result in ejection from the game. Once you have left the stadium, there is no re-entry. We invite you to tastefully support your team, but please note that banners and signs may be revoked at the discretion of stadium security. FIRST AID There are two first aid stations at field level behind section 40 in the south end zone, and on the main concourse behind the concession stands at sections 14-18. Ambulances are available for emergencies. GUEST ASSISTANCE CENTERS Inside the stadium Guest assistance centers are located behind section 14 and just inside the southeast gate. You may obtain information about surrounding cities, request assistance, offer suggestions, register complaints and pick up prizes (if applicable). Outside the stadium There are three guest services booths outside in the parking lots to answer any pre-game questions you may have. Booths will be open from noon - 4:00 p.m. LOST AND FOUND Recovered items are turned in to the police station at section 7 during the event. Guests needing to claim a lost item can do so at the police station. Any item not claimed during the game will be given to the ASU Office of Athletic Operations and Facilities the Monday following the event. Please call (480) 965-3933 to claim your lost item. MERCHANDISE Merchandise stands will be located throughout the stadium. Locations include: southeast and southwest entrance gates, main concourse near section 3/4 and 23/24. Fans may purchase the collectible game program at all main entrances outside of the stadium. The cost is $10 per program. Fans may also purchase programs inside near sections 1, 14, 20, 22, 24, 36 and 41, based on availability.

10 STADIUM POLICIES 11 METRO LIGHT RAIL METRO Light Rail will be operating until 2:00 a.m. on December 31/January 1. Please refer to www.valleymetro.org/metro_light_rail for more information regarding fares, schedules and locations. POLICE The police station is located on the west concourse behind section 7. Police are available throughout the stadium to render assistance. RE-ENTRY Re-entry is not allowed. RESTROOMS There are a total of 35 accessible restrooms located throughout Sun Devil Stadium. There are men s and women s wheelchair accessible restrooms on the east, west and north main concourse. Family restrooms are located behind sections 10 and 28, and behind section 38/39. There are portable toilets located throughout the parking lots. SCANNERS Radio frequency scanning devices are prohibited in Sun Devil Stadium and the parking lots. SECURITY There will be bag searches upon entrance to the stadium. All fans will be subject to security screening prior to entry inside the stadium, including a physical pat-down and inspection of all items brought inside the facility. ITEMS ALLOWED: Bags including fanny packs, back packs and purses smaller than 12 x 12 x 12 Banners or signs no larger than 3 x 2 and not affixed to a pole Binoculars Blankets Cameras in which the length of the lens is smaller than the width of the base unit (no flash photography) Cell phones/pagers Diaper bags (only if accompanied by a baby/infant) Seat cushions Small personal size retractable umbrellas Small umbrella strollers (must collapse to fit underneath seat) Water: one, factory sealed, non-frozen 16.9 ounce (500ml) water bottle

Large/golf umbrellas Laser devices/pointers Metal objects, poles or box cutters Noisemakers of any type Promotional items (i.e., cups, shakers, flags, etc.) with commercial slogans or identification are not allowed on the premises without the permission of the Insight Bowl. Radios without earphones Signs, flags and banners larger than 3 x 2 are not permissible. Items that can be held by one individual, reflect good sportsmanship and do not block the view of other ticket patrons may be permitted. In no case may a sign, flag or banner be affixed to any structural area of the stadium, including the wall around the playing field. Strollers (exception: small umbrella strollers) Video cameras and video capable cellular phones Video equipment or tripods Weapons, including, but not limited to, firearms and knives SMOKING Smoking is not allowed in the seating areas and restrooms within Sun Devil Stadium. There are designated smoking areas located throughout the stadium. Locations include: behind sections 18-19, 24-25, 36, 113-114, 139-140, 201-202, 232-233 and the TV pad entrance. Each designated smoking section has a television broadcasting the game. STAY HEALTHY It s cold and flu season. We encourage fans to use the hand sanitizers located throughout the stadium. TAILGATING Fans may tailgate behind their cars in the parking lots, but may not reserve parking spaces surrounding their cars to use for tailgating. No overnight parking will be allowed before or after the game. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is legal only in designated tailgating areas and specific events sponsored by the Insight Bowl. No canopies are allowed. Natural gas and propane are permitted in the parking lots, and on the rooftops of the parking garages. To utilize this system, text Sparky <SPACE> issue and location to 41513. Standard text messaging rates apply. WEATHER NOTICE U.S. Weather Service records indicate the Valley of the Sun enjoys sunshine 85 percent of the year, making it the sunniest resort destination in the nation. Although summer temperatures routinely reach triple digits, the winter months are much cooler and December evenings are often chilly. When planning for your attendance at this year s Insight Bowl, please remember to wear layered clothing and bring a coat. The sun is expected to set at approximately 5:30 p.m. (MST) on December 31, 2009. Therefore, while you may be experiencing a beautiful 66 degree (Fahrenheit) day on your way to the stadium, temperatures could drop as low as 41 degrees before the game reaches halftime. There is a no re-entry policy in effect, so be sure to plan ahead before you enter the stadium.
