Congratulations and Thank You! We sincerely appreciate your purchase of a Premium Video Ad from AT&T Advertising Solutions. Once your video ad has been created, it will not only appear on AT&T s YP.COM site, but also on additional distribution sites and prominent websites, like YouTube.com. Itemized below are some of the more important things that we believe you should know about the video ad fulfillment process. It is our intention to help you navigate through this process with the least amount of inconvenience to you and your business which is why your active participation is vitally important. Prior to the Video Shoot Vendor Communications and Preparations We have an advertiser information site that contains helpful information on how you can prepare for your upcoming video shoot. That link is http://yp.studionow.com/about/premium. Also included in this What to Expect packet is an On-site Production Checklist that the filmmaker will be asking you to complete and sign before the video shoot along with other release forms that will be discussed below. The filmmaker will need the Checklist completed prior to the video shoot to alleviate the chance for any miscommunications or misunderstandings of what you want in your video ad. If you chose the Voice-over video ad option, we will prepare a script that will be recorded for your video ad. Approximately 5 days prior to your video shoot date, you will receive a phone call from us, reminding you of your video shoot date and providing you with some tips on how to best prepare for the video shoot. About 72 hours before the video shoot, you will also receive a courtesy email reminder. Appointment Cancellations or Reschedules We ask that you not cancel or reschedule the video shoot unless absolutely necessary. Please contact us immediately by calling, toll-free, at 1-866-624-1431 if you are unable to meet with the filmmaker at the scheduled date and time for the video shoot. Please note that signed copies of the appropriate release forms required for the video shoot and the video shoot itself will need to be completed no later than 30 days from the date of your advertising contract with AT&T Advertising Solutions. If the filmmaker is not able to make the scheduled video shoot, due to reasons beyond their control, one of two things will occur: o We will arrange for another qualified filmmaker do the video shoot at the scheduled time and place, or o We will contact you to reschedule the video shoot at a later time or day of your choosing. The Day of the Video Shoot The filmmaker arrives The filmmaker will handle the video shoot and audio recording for your video ad at the one location specified. Releases and Checklist are signed The filmmaker will ask you to sign the forms below before the video shoot begins. o On-site Production Checklist: This form documents what you do and don t want in the video ad. o Personal Appearance Release: Any person appearing in the video will need to sign this form. o Location Release: This form permits filming at the one video shoot location. o Advertiser Content Release: If necessary for any content that you provide for the video ad. NOTE: The filmmaker does not have the authority to film your business unless these forms are signed. Please note that they cannot be modified or changed in any way. Filming begins If you chose the Interview video ad option, the video shoot will run about 90 minutes. If you chose the Voiceover video ad option, the video shoot will run about 30 minutes. After the video footage is edited, the filmmaker will send it to us for a quality assurance check. The estimated publication timeframe for your video to be placed on YP.COM is approximately 45 calendar days from the date you sign your sales contract.
Following the Video Shoot Premium Video Ad Preview Approximately one week after the video shoot, you should receive an email inviting you to Preview your new video ad. The email will include a URL link where your video ad will be available for you to preview. You will have five (5) calendar days in which to preview, approve or request any necessary changes. If we do not receive a Revise or Accept response from you via the preview link within five (5) calendar days, we will send your video ad to YP.COM to be posted on the site. The length of the final edited version of your premium video ad, regardless of the option chosen, will be approximately 60-75 seconds in length. If you request changes to your video ad via the Preview Link, please be as specific as possible about what you do not like and what you would like to see changed in the video ad. All revision requests must be made through the Preview Link. o We will make every attempt to accommodate your requests for changes which may include using footage from the video shoot provided it is usable and meets our quality assurance and legal standards. Whenever changes are made to your video ad, a new preview link will be emailed to you to view the latest version. Each time you receive a preview link, you will also have the opportunity to view the previous edit(s) to see the changes that have been made as you requested. You may request changes, up to three (3) times, if necessary, before the video ad is sent to YP.COM. Note: If we do not receive a Revise or Accept response from you within two (2) calendar days, on the second and third round of changes if required, we will send your video ad to YP.COM to be posted on the site. If you miss the opportunity to request changes to your video ad using the Preview Link, you can still request changes by contacting the AT&T Video Support Group directly at iypvideosupport@att.com, or by calling them, toll-free, at 1-877-899-0134. Future Requests for Changes After your video ad has been posted on YP.COM, you can also request changes to your video ad by contacting the AT&T Video Support Group either by email or by phone as noted above. You can also contact your AT&T sales representative, who can coordinate with the AT&T Video Support Group on your behalf. When it comes time to renew your video ad and you want a new video ad to replace the current one, or you want to update the current one with new footage, your AT&T sales rep will contact the Video Support Group and they will notify us to contact you to schedule the video shoot.
