It is home to 4 NHL sized ice rinks (solid state arena with 3000 plus seating capacity) a Bill Grays Restaurant, Tap Room and Concessions Stand, Abbott's Frozen Custard, Coffee Etc Snack Shop and Cafe, Locker Room Sports Retail Hockey Store, Maksymum Hockey, Athletic Republic and Travel Team USA.
LOGISTICAL INFORMATION DRESSING ROOMS Bill Gray s Regional Iceplex has 16 locker rooms/dressing rooms in the lower lobby of the building. Each room is approximately 25 x 15 in size and is equipped with a shower and a restroom. The Iceplex also houses three additional larger referee locker rooms which will be made available for use during certain months of the year. All locker/referee rooms have access to fiber optic wireless internet and are located on the arena floor of the facility FEATURES WITH GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES Bill Gray's Regional Iceplex is fully accessible for persons with disabilities. Elevators are located in the facility and allow patrons access to all levels. Solid State Arena's upper concourse has designated wheel chair seating sections and the event floor is accessible by elevator. FLOOR Arena Floor Dimensions: 200 x 85 (~ 17,000 square feet) Floor Type: Finished concrete; 1 insulated flooring DASHERS Plastic with Galvanized Steel. 42 high. FORKLIFTS Multiple forklifts can be available at the client s request. Please call for specifics and pricing. LOAD IN Entrance: North side of building External Dock: Capabilities for three (3) large transport trailers at dock at once with quick access into Arena and onto floor. IN-HOUSE STAGING Lighting, sound, audio visual equipment, rigging, drapery and other soft goods will be provided by Audio Images.
LOCK AND KEYS Locker/dressing rooms may be secured with locks and keys. Keys for each room may be checked out through the Operations Manager. All persons who sign out keys will be responsible for return of the keys at the conclusion of the event. PARKING 465 on-site parking sports, plus an additional parking for up to 1,200 cars on the Monroe Community College Campus. RUNNERS The Arena can provide runners upon request. Our runners come with a standard passenger car. If you have any requirements other than this (vans, trucks, etc ), please let us know in advance and we can rent at your cost. Runners will be paid by the show a minimum of $150.00 per day plus any tolls, gas or other expenses incurred by running. SEATING/CHAIRS General fixed seating is made up of aluminum bleachers seating 3,000 in rink 1 and 750 in the other 3 rinks. Disabled seating is located at various locations throughout the Arena. Portable chairs are upholstered and interlocking for use on the arena floor (depends on event set-up). RENTAL RATES AND CONDITIONS EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE RATES Bill Gray s Regional Iceplex provides a full-range of event equipment and personnel including ushers, ticket-takers, stagehands, cleaning, operations, and technical support. Rental rates are dependent upon contract terms. RENTAL RATES AND AVAILABLE EQUIPMENT Per day facility rental rates are available upon request. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES A deposit is required as consideration in order to secure a date at the Bill Gray s Regional Iceplex. This amount is due upon execution of the contract or whenever another potential user challenges a date. Management further reserves the right to require a deposit to cover all estimated expenses, including but not limited to: rent, ticketing fees, set-up, staffing, damages, advertising, electrical services, and miscellaneous equipment. BOX OFFICE/TICKETING Box Office and Ticketing services are available upon request. Fees and terms are negotiable and determined by scope of event and term of ticket sales. FOOD All food, beverage, and concessions are operated and controlled by Bill Gray s Restaurant. All arrangements for catering, and food and beverages service should be made through Bill Gray s Restaurant and Tap Room. The restaurant is located between rinks #1 and #2 on the upper level of the Bill Gray s Regional Iceplex, and offers a variety of different foods, including hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken wings, sandwiches, salads, etc. While enjoying their meal in the restaurant guests will also have a great view overlooking rinks #1 and #2. Also available is Coffee Etc., a coffee shop and snack bar located in the upper lobby that offers plenty of quick options for food and drink. MEETING ROOM SPACE The Bill Gray s Iceplex offers multiple meeting room spaces to accommodate the needs of our partners. Our Board Room is 12 x 20 and overlooks the feature arena, it includes a phone jack for telephone communication. The Banquet Room is 40 x 28 accommodating up to 100 people, it also features a retractable wall allowing the room to be split into two smaller rooms, one 24 x 28 and the other 16 x 28, seating 70 and 40 people respectively. Wireless internet and audiovisual equipment is available to suit your needs and the full service restaurant on site can handle any dining needs.
MARKETING SERVICES The Bill Gray s Regional Iceplex in-house marketing department can assist with the numerous details involved to successfully market your event. For a negotiated fee (based on time, labor, and expense) the Bill Gray s Regional Iceplex can also assist with promotions, public relations, and the publicity needed to ensure ticket sales.
