CAVY SECTION Block Entry Fees: 1.50 per class for:- Open; RV & New Variety; Pets. Juvs : Free if entered in Open Penning Fee: 50p per Cavy Prize Money: 50% No prize money for pet classes but lots of rosettes. Prize Money will be paid at end of the Show, please collect before leaving. Entries to be penned by 10.30 am (when judging starts) and remain to 5.00 pm One entrance pass to the Showground per exhibitor with entries of or over 4 If your entries do not match this you can make it up. Example you enter 1 cavy, your entry fee ( inc penning fee) would be 2 so you would need to add an extra 2 for your pass. Please note entries put in as a Partnership are only entitled to one pass. HEALTH & SAFETY All exhibitors should comply with the requirements set out in the Health and Safety Policy, organisation and arrangements of the Poynton Horticultural & Agricultural Society. Copies of this policy may be obtained from the Society Secretary and will be displayed in the Show Office prior to and during the Show. Specifically, all exhibitors, trade stand occupiers and entertainment & catering providers are required to maintain their exhibits/areas in such a manner so as to comply with current Health and Safety Regulations and guidance, and to ensure that their activities do not endanger themselves, other exhibitors or members of the general public. Further specific advice and guidance is available via the Show s Honorary Health and Safety Officer, who may be contacted via the Show Office. CONDITIONS APPLYING TO THE SMALL LIVESTOCK SECTION SORRY, NO RAIL STOCK, ALL VEHICLES TO SPECIAL CAR PARK ONLY. NO CARS ALLOWED ON THE SHOW GROUND. SPECIAL VEHICLE PASSES AVAILABLE (if applied for with entry) FOR CAR PARK NEXT TO SHOW GROUND WHICH MUST BE SHOWN ON VEHICLE S WINDSCREEN. ALL STOCK to remain to 5.00 p.m. unless early removal at 4.30 p.m. is applied for if entries are travelling some distance. THIS MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO. ALL STOCK TO BE PENNED BY 10.00 A.M. JUDGING 10.30 P.M. Refreshments are available on the show ground. The Society s veterinary surgeons are on call throughout the show and will be available on the show ground from 8.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. Cheques should be made payable to Poynton Show
