Typical Workflow This is typical workflow in case customer has their tape information (IN/OUT points data). PWS-100TD1 provides the ability for user 1. Preparation Admin 2. Digitize 3. Preview/QC 4. Archive 5. Export to CTM User User or Admin User Admin or Task List 1. Preparation (tapes, VTRs, Optical Disc Archive Drive, etc) 2. Create excel file (contains IN/OUT, metadata, etc) 1. Import excel file 2. Insert tape 3. Start (submit) 4. Input Metadata (During digitize and After digitize) 1. Check errors 2. Approve if it s OK 3. Re-digitize if necessary File is automatically transferred to Optical Disc Archive. Export metadata and proxy in order to use it in CTM 5 User also can set IN/OUT manually by seeking VTR. User also can transfer selected clips to Optical Disc Archive manually.
