Additional channels can be added freely by inserting rows. Choose between: generalist, fiction, cinema, children, documentaries, other. European Works as a percentage of Total Qualifying Time (please enter NO if the channel was non-operational, enter NC if no data is available or EX in case of specifc exemption for a given year, in accordance with the provisions of the directive. If audience share is above the threshold (0,3%), please enter the justification for exemption A list of pre-excluded channels is available on a separate sheet. Channels where information is insufficient to determine if the channel should be excluded on the basis of the abovementioned types are highlighted in yellow by default (channels which may be exempted due to their type or on the basis of articles 18, 2(6) or recital 72 of AVMSD). Channels can be moved between sheets as appropriate. The pre-filled data is only included with a view to lighten your workload. Local channels are exempted under the conditions set out in article 18 of AVMSD: "television broadcasts that are intended for local audiences and do not form part of a national network";
