Â ïîñëåäíåå âðåìÿ øèðîêîå ïðèìåíåíèå â ìåäèöèíå äëÿ ëå åíèÿ çàáîëåâàíèé æåëóäî íî-êèøå íîãî òðàêòà (ÆÊÒ) íàõîäÿò ëåêàðñòâåííûå ñðåäñòâà íà îñíîâå öèòðàòà âèñìóòà-êàëèÿ [1]. Ïîêàçàíî [4], òî èç âîäíîãî ðàñòâîðà âèñìóò òðèêàëèÿ äèöèòðàòà, èñïîëüçóåìîãî ïðè ëå åíèè ÆÊÒ, ïðè 8 Ñ êðèñòàëëèçóåòñÿ ñîåäèíåíèå ñîñòàâà KBiC 6 H 4 O 7 3H 2 O; îïðåäåëåíà åãî êðèñòàëëè åñêàÿ ñòðóêòóðà. Â ðàáîòàõ [5, 6] èññëåäîâàíî âçàèìîäåéñòâèå íèòðàòà âèñìóòà ñ öèòðàòîì êàëèÿ â âîäíîãëèöåðèíîâûõ (33.3 îá. %) ðàñòâîðàõ è ïîêàçàíî, òî ïðè ìîëÿðíîì îòíîøåíèè öèòðàòèîíîâ ê âèñìóòó â ñèñòåìå n = 6 èç ðàñòâîðà ïðè èñïàðåíèè êðèñòàëëèçóåòñÿ ñîåäèíåíèå ñîñòàâà KBiC 6 H 4 O 7 2H 2 O [5]. Ïðè n = 8 èç ðàñòâîðà êðèñòàëëèçóåòñÿ ñîåäèíåíèå ñîñòàâà KBiC 6 H 4 O 7 3.5H 2 O [6]. Ïðè ýòîì àâòîðû [5, 6] îòìå àþò, òî ïðè n = 1.5 ìîæåò îáðàçîâû- âàòüñÿ òàêæå ñîåäèíåíèå ñîñòàâà KBiC 6 H 4 O 7 (1.0 1.5)H 2 O. Ñëåäóåò îòìåòèòü, òî èñïîëüçîâàíèå âîäíî-ãëèöåðèíîâûõ ðàñòâîðîâ äëÿ ïîëó åíèÿ öèòðàòà âèñìóòà-êàëèÿ òðåáóåò ñëîæíîé î èñòêè ïðîäóêòà îò ãëèöåðèíà è õàðàêòåðèçóåòñÿ ïîâûøåííûì (1.5 8- êðàòíûì) ðàñõîäîì öèòðàòà êàëèÿ. Â ñâÿçè ñ ýòèì àêòóàëåí ïîèñê áîëåå ïðîñòûõ ñïîñîáîâ ïîëó åíèÿ öèòðàòà âèñìóòà-êàëèÿ. Â íàñòîÿùåé ðàáîòå èññëåäîâàí ïðîöåññ ïîëó åíèÿ öèòðàòà âèñìóòà-êàëèÿ ïóòåì âçàèìîäåéñòâèÿ öèòðàòà âèñìóòà (III) ñ âîäíûìè ðàñòâîðàìè ãèäðîêñèäà êàëèÿ â ðàçëè íûõ êîíöåíòðàöèÿõ. ÝÊÑÏÅÐÈÌÅÍÒÀËÜÍÀß ÀÑÒÜ Öèòðàò âèñìóòà ñ ñîäåðæàíèåì âèñìóòà è öèòðàò-èîíîâ 50.55 è 44.52 ìàñ. % ñîîòâåòñòâåííî ïîëó àëè ðàñòâîðåíèåì îêñèäà âèñìóòà â àçîòíîé êèñëîòå è ïîñëåäóþùèì åãî îñàæäåíèåì èç âèñìóòñîäåðæàùåãî ðàñòâîðà ïðè äîáàâëåíèè ê íåìó âîäíîãî ðàñòâîðà ëèìîííîé êèñëîòû ïðè òåìïåðàòóðå ïðîöåññà 60 Ñ ïî ìåòîäèêå, ïðèâåäåííîé â ðàáîòå [7]. Ñèíòåç îñóùåñòâëÿëè ïóòåì îáðàáîòêè íàâåñêè 20 ã öèòðàòà âèñìóòà (III) âîäíûìè ðàñòâîðàìè ãèäðîêñèäà êàëèÿ (200 ìë) â ðàçëè íîé êîíöåíòðàöèè (îò 0 äî 2 ìîëü/ë) ïðè ïåðåìåøèâàíèè â òå åíèå 4 ïðè òåìïåðàòóðàõ (25±2) è (70±2) Ñ. Ïîëó åííûé ïðîäóêò îòäåëÿëè ôèëüòðàöèåé è ñóøèëè íà âîçäóõå. Ñîäåðæàíèå âèñìóòà â ðàñòâîðàõ è ïðîäóêòàõ ðåàêöèè îïðåäåëÿëè ôîòîêîëîðèìåòðè åñêèì ìåòîäîì â ïðèñóòñòâèè KI ñ èñïîëüçîâàíèåì ïðèáîðà ÊÔÊ-2, ïîñëå èõ ïðåäâàðèòåëüíîãî ðàñòâîðåíèÿ â àçîòíîé êèñëîòå (1 : 1). Ñîäåðæàíèå öèòðàò-èîíîâ îïðåäåëÿëè ìåòîäîì ïåðìàíãàíàòîìåòðè åñêîãî òèòðîâàíèÿ [8] ðàñòâîðîâ, ïîëó åííûõ ïîñëå ïðåäâàðèòåëüíîé îáðàáîòêè ïðîäóêòîâ ðåàêöèè ðàñòâîðîì 2 Ì NaOH ïðè 70 90 Ñ. Ðåíòãåíîôàçîâûé àíàëèç (ÐÔÀ) ïðîäóêòîâ ðåàêöèè ïðîâîäèëè íà ïîðîøêîâîì äèôðàêòîìåòðå Bruker (CuK α - èçëó åíèå, ñêîðîñòü âðàùåíèÿ ñ åò èêà 0.1 ãðàä/ìèí). Êðèâûå äèôôåðåíöèàëüíî-òåðìè- åñêîãî àíàëèçà (ÄÒÀ), èçìåíåíèÿ ìàññû (ÒÃ) è äàííûå ïî ñîäåðæàíèþ âîäû â îáðàçöàõ ïîëó àëè ñ ïîìîùüþ ïðèáîðà ñèíõðîííîãî òåðìè åñêîãî àíàëèçà STA 449F1 Jupiter (ôèðìà Netzsch, Ãåðìàíèÿ) â òîêå ãåëèÿ ñ 25 îá. % Î 2 50 ìë/ìèí, íàãðåâ äî 350 Ñ, ñêîðîñòü íàãðåâà 3 Ñ/ìèí. Òèãëè ñïëàâ Pt 10 % Rh. Ñîñòàâ ãàçîîáðàçíûõ ïðîäóêòîâ òåðìîëèçà àíàëèçèðîâàëñÿ ñ ïîìîùüþ êâàäðóïîëüíîãî ìàññ-ñïåêòðîìåòðà QMS403C (Aedos, Ãåðìàíèÿ), ñîïðÿæåííîãî ñ ïðèáîðîì. Ñïåêòðû ïîãëîùåíèÿ â ÈÊ-îáëàñòè (400 4000 ñì 1 ) çàïèñûâàëè íà ñïåêòðîôîòîìåòðå Specord 75 IR. Îáðàçöû ãîòîâèëè â âèäå òàáëåòîê ñ ïðîêàëåííûì KBr. ÐÅÇÓËÜÒÀÒÛ È ÎÁÑÓÆÄÅÍÈÅ Ïðîâåäåííûå èññëåäîâàíèÿ âçàèìîäåéñòâèÿ öèòðàòà âèñìóòà (III) ñîñòàâà BiC 6 H 5 O 7 ñ âîäíûìè ðàñòâîðàìè ãèäðîêñèäà êàëèÿ ïðè òåìïåðàòóðàõ (25±2) è (70±2) Ñ ïîêàçàëè (ðèñ. 1), òî ñ ðîñòîì êîíöåíòðàöèè ãèäðîêñèäà êàëèÿ çàâèñèìîñòü Ñ Bi Ñ KÎÍ ïðîõîäèò åðåç ìàêñèìóì. Êîíöåíòðàöèÿ âèñìóòà â ðàñòâîðå äîñòèãàåò 61.0 ã/ë ïðè êîíöåíòðàöèè ðàñòâîðà KÎÍ 0.6 ìîëü/ë, à ïðè äàëüíåéøåì óâåëè åíèè êîíöåíòðàöèè èñõîäíîãî ðàñòâîðà KOH ðåçêî ñíèæàåòñÿ ñîäåðæàíèå èîíîâ âèñìóòà â ðàñòâîðå. Èõ ïîëîæåíèå ïðàêòè åñêè íå èçìåíÿåòñÿ, à íà äèôðàêòîãðàììàõ ïðè Ñ KÎÍ 0.1 ìîëü/ë îò åòëèâî ïðîÿâëÿåòñÿ äîïîëíèòåëüíûé ìàêñèìóì öèòðàòà âèñìóòà-êàëèÿ ñî çíà åíèåì d/n = 8.50 Å (Ò = (25±2) Ñ) (ñì. ðèñ. 2, êðèâàÿ 2). Èíòåíñèâíîñòü åãî ñ ðîñòîì êîíöåíòðàöèè ðàñòâîðà ãèäðîêñèäà êàëèÿ óâåëè èâàåòñÿ, à èíòåíñèâíîñòè äèôðàêöèîííûõ ìàêñèìóìîâ BiC 6 H 5 O 7 ñíèæàþòñÿ. Ïðè Ñ KÎÍ = 0.1 0.25 ìîëü/ë íà ðåíòãåíîãðàììàõ ïîëó åííûõ ïðîäóêòîâ îòìå àþòñÿ ïèêè, ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèå ñìåñè öèòðàòà âèñìóòà è âèñìóò-êàëèåâîãî öèòðàòà. Ïðè óâåëè åíèè êîíöåíòðàöèè ðàñòâîðà ãèäðîêñèäà êàëèÿ áîëåå 0.25 ìîëü/ë ïðîäóêò èìååò ñëåäóþùèé ñîñòàâ, %: K 7.37, Bi 41.99, Cit 3 (öèòðàò-èîíû) 35.0, H 2 O 4.0. Ìîëÿðíîå îòíîøåíèå öèòðàò-èîíû : âèñìóò : êàëèé : âîäà â ïðîäóêòå ðàâíî 1 : 1 : 1 : 1, òî ñîîòâåòñòâóåò ñîñòàâó KBiC 6 H 4 O 7 H 2 O. Óâåëè åíèå êîíöåíòðàöèè ðàñòâîðà ãèäðîêñèäà êàëèÿ ñâûøå 0.7 ìîëü/ë ïðèâîäèò ê ñíèæåíèþ ñîäåðæàíèÿ âèñìóòà â ðàñòâîðå è àìîðôèçàöèè îáðàçîâàâøåãîñÿ ïðîäóêòà. Ïðè ýòîì ìîëÿðíîå îòíîøåíèå öèòðàò-èîíîâ ê âèñìóòó â ïðîäóêòå ðåàêöèè ñíèæàåòñÿ, è ïðè êîíöåíòðàöèè ðàñòâîðà ãèäðîêñèäà êàëèÿ, ðàâíîé 0.75 ìîëü/ë, ïðè òåìïåðàòóðå ïðîöåññà 70 Ñ n = 0.5. Ïðè äàëüíåéøåì óâåëè åíèè êîíöåíòðàöèè KÎÍ (>1.0 ìîëü/ë) îáðàçóåòñÿ îêñèä âèñìóòà (III). Ïîâûøåíèå òåìïåðàòóðû äî 70 Ñ ñïîñîáñòâóåò òîìó, òî îáðàçîâàíèå îêñèäà âèñìóòà íàáëþäàåòñÿ ïðè áîëåå íèçêèõ çíà åíèÿõ êîíöåíòðàöèé KOH ( 1.0 ìîëü/ë). Äëÿ èíòåðïðåòàöèè ÈÊ-ñïåêòðà ïîãëîùåíèÿ öèòðàòà âèñìóòà-êàëèÿ (ðèñ. 3, êðèâàÿ 1) äëÿ ñðàâíåíèÿ èñïîëüçîâàëè ñïåêòðû ëèìîííîé êèñëîòû (êðèâàÿ 3) è öèòðàòà âèñìóòà (III) (êðèâàÿ 2), îòíåñåíèå ïîëîñ â êîòîðûõ ïðîâîäèëè ñîãëàñíî äàííûì [9]. Â ÈÊ-ñïåêòðå öèòðàòà âèñìóòà-êàëèÿ (ñì. ðèñ. 3, êðèâàÿ 1) ïî ñðàâíåíèþ ñî ñïåêòðîì ëèìîííîé êèñëîòû èñ åçàþò õàðàêòåðèñòè åñêèå ïîëîñû êàðáîíèëüíîãî ïîãëîùåíèÿ (1745, 1708 è 1429 ñì 1 ) (ñì. ðèñ. 3, êðèâàÿ 3), è âìåñòî íèõ ïîÿâëÿþòñÿ ïîëîñû âàëåíòíûõ àñèììåòðè íûõ è ñèììåòðè íûõ êîëåáàíèé ãðóïï ÑÎÎ (1607 è 1439, 1379 ñì 1 ), òî ñâèäåòåëüñòâóåò î äåïðîòîíèðîâàíèè êàðáîêñèëüíûõ ãðóïï ëèìîííîé êèñëîòû [9]. Ðàçíîñòü ìåæäó çíà åíèÿìè âîëíîâûõ èñåë ñèììåòðè íûõ (1439, 1379 ñì 1 ) è àñèììåòðè íûõ (1607 ñì 1 ) âàëåíòíûõ êîëåáàíèé (ν as ν s )COO äîñòèãàåò îêîëî 225 ñì 1. Ïî-âèäèìîìó, ýòî îáóñëîâëåíî òåì, òî êàðáîêñèëàòíûå ãðóïïû öèòðàòíîãî îñòàòêà êîîðäèíèðîâàíû ê âèñìóòó ïðåèìóùåñòâåííî ïî ìîíîäåíòàòíîìó òèïó [10, 11]. Â îáëàñòè 3500 3200 ñì 1 îáíàðóæèâàåòñÿ íåñêîëüêî ïåðåêðûâàþùèõñÿ ïîëîñ ïîãëîùåíèÿ, êîòîðûå ìîæíî îòíåñòè ê âàëåíòíûì êîëåáàíèÿì Î Í-ãðóïï ìîëåêóë âîäû. Øèðîêèé äèàïàçîí ïåðåêðûâàíèÿ ïîëîñ â ýòîé îáëàñòè ñâèäåòåëüñòâóåò î áîëüøîì êîëè åñòâå âîäîðîäíûõ ñâÿçåé ðàçíîãî òèïà. Îòñóòñòâèå èíòåíñèâíîé óçêîé ïîëîñû ïîãëîùåíèÿ, íàáëþäàåìîé â ÈÊ-ñïåêòðå öèòðàòà âèñìóòà (ñì. ðèñ. 3, êðèâàÿ 2) â îáëàñòè 3450 ñì 1 (ν(oh) ñâîá ), ìîæåò ñâèäåòåëüñòâîâàòü îá ó àñòèè ñâîáîäíîé ãèäðîêñèëüíîé ãðóïïû öèòðàòíîãî îñòàòêà â êîîðäèíàöèè ñ àòîìàìè ìåòàëëîâ [12, 13].

Èç äàííûõ òåðìè åñêîãî àíàëèçà ñëåäóåò, òî õàðàêòåð êðèâîé ÒÃ öèòðàòà âèñìóòàêàëèÿ (ðèñ. 4) ìîæåò áûòü îáóñëîâëåí óäàëåíèåì îäíîé ìîëåêóëû âîäû (ýíäîòåðìè åñêèé ýôôåêò ïðè 135 Ñ) è ïîñëåäóþùèì ðàçðóøåíèåì ñîåäèíåíèÿ ñ äâóìÿ ýêçîýôôåêòàìè íà êðèâîé ÄÒÀ ïðè 278 è 288 Ñ, ñâÿçàííûõ, ïî äàííûì ìàññ-ñïåêòðîìåòðèè, ñ âûäåëåíèåì âîäû è ÑÎ 2 â ðåçóëüòàòå ðàçëîæåíèÿ öèòðàòèîíîâ. Êðèñòàëëèçàöèîííàÿ âîäà âûäåëÿåòñÿ èç ïîëó åííûõ îáðàçöîâ â øèðîêîì äèàïàçîíå òåìïåðàòóð (50 180 Ñ). Ðàçðóøåíèå öèòðàò-èîíîâ â îêèñëèòåëüíîé àòìîñôåðå íà èíàåòñÿ ïðèìåðíî ñ 220 Ñ. Ïîòåðÿ ìàññû íà ïåðâîé ñòàäèè ðàçëîæåíèÿ, ñâÿçàííàÿ ñ óäàëåíèåì âîäû (ýíäîýôôåêò ïðè 135 Ñ), ñîñòàâëÿåò 4.6 % (ðèñ. 5, à), òî ñîîòâåòñòâóåò èñõîäíîìó ñîñòàâó KBiC 6 H 4 O 7 1.15H 2 O. Ïðåâûøåíèå ñîäåðæàíèÿ âîäû â ñîåäèíåíèè áîëåå 1.0 (îäíîé ìîëåêóëå Í 2 Î â ôîðìóëå ñîåäèíåíèÿ ñîîòâåòñòâóåò 4.0 ìàñ. % H 2 O) îáóñëîâëåíî, íà íàø âçãëÿä, íàëè èåì àäñîðáöèîííîé âîäû. Ñëåäóåò îòìåòèòü âûñîêóþ ïîäâèæíîñòü âîäû â ñîåäèíåíèè. Â ñëó àå âûñóøèâàíèÿ ïðè 100 Ñ â òå åíèå 60 ìèí è ñíÿòèÿ òåðìîãðàììû èçìåíåíèå ìàññû, Ðèñ. 5. Ïîòåðè ìàññû âîäû â çàâèñèìîñòè îò òåìïåðàòóðû â èñõîäíîì îáðàçöå (à), ïîñëå åãî ñóøêè ïðè 100 Ñ (á) è ïîñëå ïðîêàëèâàíèÿ ïðè 200 Ñ ñ ïîñëåäóþùåé âûäåðæêîé â òå åíèå 1 (â) è 8 (ã) ñóò. ñâÿçàííîå ñ óäàëåíèåì âîäû, ñîñòàâëÿåò 2.17 % (ñì. ðèñ. 5, á). Ïðè âûäåðæèâàíèè îáðàçöà â òå åíèå 4 ïðè 200 Ñ âîäà ïîëíîñòüþ óäàëÿåòñÿ, íî ïðè âûäåðæêå íà âîçäóõå â çàêðûòîì ïîëèýòèëåíîâîì ïàêåòå èçìåíåíèå ìàññû ïðè ñíÿòèè òåðìîãðàìì åðåç 1 ñóò ñîñòàâëÿåò 2.32 % (ðèñ. 5, â), à åðåç 8 ñóò 3.84 % (ñì. ðèñ. 5, ã), òî ñîîòâåòñòâóåò ñîñòàâó KBiC 6 H 4 O 7 0.97H 2 O. Íåîáõîäèìî îòìåòèòü, òî åðåç 20 âûäåðæèâàíèÿ òèãëÿ ñ ïðîêàëåííûì îáðàçöîì íà âîçäóõå ñîåäèíåíèå ñîäåðæèò 4.0 ìàñ. % âîäû. Ñ öåëüþ îïòèìèçàöèè ïðîöåññà ñèíòåçà öåëåâîãî ïðîäóêòà è ñíèæåíèÿ ýíåðãîçàòðàò ïðè åãî êðèñòàëëèçàöèè èç ðàñòâîðà ïðàêòè- åñêèé èíòåðåñ ïðåäñòàâëÿåò îïðåäåëåíèå ìàññîâîãî îòíîøåíèÿ âîäíîãî ðàñòâîðà ãèäðîêñèäà êàëèÿ ê öèòðàòó âèñìóòà. Ïðîâåäåííûå èññëåäîâàíèÿ ñâèäåòåëüñòâóþò î òîì, òî ïðè îáðàáîòêå 100 ã (0.251 ìîëü) öèòðàòà âèñìóòà 90 ìë ðàñòâîðà KOH ñ êîíöåíòðàöèåé 2.8 ìîëü/ë, âêëþ àÿ ïåðåìåøèâàíèå â òå- åíèå 30 ìèí ïðè òåìïåðàòóðå ïðîöåññà 22 Ñ è ïîñëåäóþùóþ ñóøêó ïîëó åííîãî ïàñòîîáðàçíîãî ïðîäóêòà ïðè (70±10) Ñ, îáðàçóåòñÿ KBiC 6 H 4 O 7 H 2 O. Ðåçóëüòàòû ýëåêòðîííî-ìèêðîñêîïè åñêèõ èññëåäîâàíèé (ðèñ. 6, à) ñâèäåòåëüñòâóþò î òîì, òî èñõîäíûé öèòðàò âèñìóòà ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñîáîé àãðåãàòû ðàçìåðîì 10 50 ìêì, ñîñòîÿùèå èç ìåëêèõ êðèñòàëëîâ ðàçìåðîì ïîðÿäêà 1 3 ìêì. Îáðàçöû ìîíîãèäðàòà öèòðàòà âèñìóòà-êàëèÿ, ïîëó åííûå â ðåçóëüòàòå îáðàáîòêè âîäíûì ðàñòâîðîì ãèäðîêñèäà êàëèÿ öèòðàòà âèñìóòà ïðè ìîëÿðíîì è ìàññîâîì èõ îòíîøåíèè, ðàâíîì 1.0, ïðåäñòàâëÿþò ñîáîé àãðåãàòû ðàçìåðîì 3 30 ìêì èç ïëàñòèí àòûõ êðèñòàëëîâ (ñì. ðèñ. 6, á), à óäåëüíàÿ ïîâåðõíîñòü ïðîäóêòà ñîñòàâëÿåò 1.42 ì 2 /ã. Ïðè ýòîì ñëåäóåò îòìåòèòü, òî â ñëó àå óäàëåíèÿ âîäû èç öèòðàòà âèñìóòà-êàëèÿ ïðîêàëèâàíèåì åãî ïðè 200 Ñ â òå åíèå 3 ñ ïîñëåäóþùèì îõëàæäåíèåì è âûäåðæêîé íà âîçäóõå â òå åíèå 10 ñóò ìîðôîëîãèÿ ïðîäóêòà ñîõðàíÿåòñÿ (ñì. ðèñ. 6, ã).

Ïîêàçàíî, òî èñïîëüçóåìûé â ìåäèöèíå öèòðàò âèñìóòà-êàëèÿ ìîæåò áûòü ïîëó åí â âèäå ìîíîãèäðàòà ñîñòàâà KBiC 6 H 4 O 7 H 2 O êàê â ðåçóëüòàòå óïàðèâàíèÿ âèñìóò-êàëèé-öèòðàòñîäåðæàùèõ ðàñòâîðîâ, òàê è ïðè îáðàáîòêå âîäíûì ðàñòâîðîì ãèäðîêñèäà êàëèÿ öèòðàòà âèñìóòà (III) ïðè ìîëÿðíîì è ìàññîâîì èõ îòíîøåíèè, ðàâíîì 1.0.
