With the supervision of our trained personnel, the public will be the protagonist in the launch of spectacular displays of hundreds or thousands of lanterns that illuminate the immensity of the night sky with colours and shapes according to the theme of the event. The paper of our sky lanterns can also be personalised with a message, brand name, logo or a digital photo to create a unique spectacle every time. This show can be hosted to promote new businesses, corporate events and charities fundraising, festivals, concerts and fashion catwalks, sport events, weddings and birthdays, private parties and festivities, religious traditions and memorials, white/pink/red nights and film movie shots. We turn the night into a mystical fairy-tale for all participants Amazing sky lanterns shows in United Kingdom and all over the World This fantastic Night Sky Lanterns Show can be hosted throughout the UK or anywhere we are invited to host a show, whether abroad, on a cruiser or at the North Pole. We will take care of the entire preparation and promotion of the event, including the identification of the most suitable site according to the number of participants/lanterns, and where necessary we will also request the authorizations from the Authorities, such as the local Council, Aviation and Coastguard Authorities, so that everything occurs in safety and with great fun. The launch will be supervised and coordinated by our instructor/s and trained staff, who before authorising the synchronised launch, they will have assessed that the actual meteorological situation is suitable for the sky lanterns to take-off and confirm that air space is clear from aviation traffic. Once all possible risks have been assessed, our instructor will do a practical demonstration to the public and to the participants involved in the execution of synchronised takeoff of hundreds or thousands of lanterns all at the same time. In addition, we will promote the event through our communication channels, to give maximal exposure to our followers and sky lanterns lovers and ensure that there are a greater number of attendances of spectators and participants at the event. If required we can also provide a sound system according to the size of the event which will accompany the show with music and symphonies to enhance this magical experience. General Operational Proposal for the synchronised launch of Sky Lanterns Client: Dear Name & Surname, Mayor, City Council, Company, Charity, Event Organiser, Wedding, Film Director, Prince Location: Full address Date: DD/MM/YYYY Time: 00:00 Operational proposal for the execution of the Night Sky Show Lanterns includes: Satellite view of the location and analysis of risk assessment associated with the show X00 Sky Lanterns Branded Night Sky Lanterns Premium including free lighters for all participants X00 Tickets for the client to distribute to guests/participants Assistance and Technical Support on site of 2 Trained Staffs for the preparation and conducting a practical demonstration to the participants of the collective launch Insurance coverage for Special Events Installation of a mini station to monitor the air traffic and assessment of weather forecasts Where necessary, we will requests the authorizations to the competent authorities for the use of airspace and coastal guard if near the seaside, as well as providing the Declaration of Conformity and related documents The application does not include and therefore the following must be provided: Sound System Service appropriated to the size of the event and to the square where the event takes place Equipment to assemble a point of information and to distribute the Sky Lanterns to the ticket holders of Night Sky Lanterns Show (Gazebo, Table and chairs, 4 self-standing barriers, stage, etc.) A stand or stage for the coordinator who will speak to the public and give a practical demonstration 2 individuals to help and assist our personnel from their arrival on site till after the execution of the collective launch Authorization to use of the public or private area suitable for the size of the event and free of obstacles Switching off the lights in the area of the event during the collective launch (recommended) Music Copyright Approval Food and accommodation for our personnel in single rooms Communications of participation to the Local Authorities, Red Cross and Fire Fighters Service Recognitions of our Night Sky Lantern Show on your communication channels Our best offer for the Night Sky Lanterns Show x000 Additional Sky Lanterns: For events with higher turnout an additional fixed amount of x00 for every 100 lanterns added to the order at the time of the booking. We reserve the right to sale our sky lanterns on site to those people without our official show tickets. Spectators are not allowed to bring their own sky lanterns or other flying objects and they will not be admitted if they do so. Payment Terms: 50% on the booking date and 50% 7 days before the show date or cash on the arrival of our staff the site. Prices are excluding VAT and they are only indicative for events without specific risk factors and booked at least 12 weeks before the date of the event. Terms and Conditions: 1. Sky Lanterns will be distributed only from our information point station on site to the Ticket holders up to the total number of lanterns originally agreed and they will be given only to people over 18 years old is accompanied by at least one adult. 2. To validate our insurance, all Sky Lanterns to be distributed and used at the show must be strictly our premium model or above 3. For each sky lantern is necessary the participation of a least 2 people 4. The sky lanterns will be distributed only after the approval of our personnel and the participants should follow the instructions presented by our coordinators at the actual time agreed of the collective launch 5. We reserve the right not to give the sky lanterns to people who we are unable to confirm their age or if we believe that the person has taken high quantity of alcohol or suspicion of drug use 6. We are not liable for any damage caused by saboteurs or people who do not follow the instructions of our coordinator 7. The show might be cancelled in the eventuality of wind speed greater than 8-10 km/h or for any security and safety reasons 8. N.B. If the event is cancelled, the sky lanterns will be consigned to the client and the amount originally agreed upon will remain unchanged without any deduction. If the show is rebooked for an alternative date we will offer a special discount up to 50% of the above price 9. We are not liable for any loss or compensation due to the cancellation of the launch. 10. If any of the above requirements and conditions are not met it might invalidate this contract The client can choose to add the following services at promotional price if booked together o Bespoke sky lanterns with logo or pictures (Starting from 120) o Dove Balloons SHOW Release flying balloons shaped as doves with a wingspan of about 95cm and 45cm from head to tail (Starting from 300) o Floating Lanterns SHOW Floating Wood Box to be released into a river, lake or sea, while the Lotus Flowers to enrich the look of the swimming pool or the garden pond (Starting from 150) o Decorative Lights System to enhance the surrounding of the location (Starting from 520) o Candle Bags Decoration Starting from 50) o Sound System with Songs and Musical Symphonies appropriate for the event (Starting from 450) o Where necessary Music Copyright fees if not already paid by the organiser (Starting from 120) Page 6 of 6
