I am unable to take specific requests for seat location however, if you prefer a section make a note in the comment section and I will do my best to seat you there. Credit card is not automatically charged. Card will be charged when order is manually processed. Tickets will be mailed to the address on your order form. (allow 3-4 weeks) Check your tickets as soon as you receive them to ensure the correct performance, time, date, location. If there are any problems, please email me as soon as possible and BEFORE the deadline. Patches will be mailed with the tickets. If you don t receive them in the envelope, email me and let me know. Please make sure to tell me how many you need on your order form. Keep in mind that there are a limited number of tickets in each price range. You will be contacted via email if the ticket price you ve requested is not available.
Do you want tickets but need to collect money from your troop? Make reservations in advance! If you are faxing or mailing your order form it is a good idea to email me to let me know so I can hold enough seats for your group. If no payment has been made by the deadline (July 17 th for Dallas July 31 st for Fort Worth), tickets will be released. You will be assigned the best seating that is available at the time of the reservation. Tickets are processed in the order received and priority will be given to PAID orders received on the same day. Sometimes it is necessary to add additional tickets to your order. I am happy to accommodate you when possible. AACENTER PARKING Over 5,000 parking spaces are available for American Airlines Center guests. The majority of these parking spaces are conveniently located within two blocks of American Airlines Center. In addition, there are over 3,000 parking spaces to the south and east of American Airlines Center within easy walking distance. Parking lots open two hours prior to the start of each event and remain open until two hours after the end of each event. Overnight parking and "in and out" privileges are not permitted.
