Cost: 3 per person. 1916 Tea Party North Square.History sometimes to some, is boring and consigned to dusty books, we hope to bring back to life the times that where 1916, The Great War was being fought on the blood soaked fields of France and Belgium with trenches from Sea to Switzerland, Brave Great Grandfathers of Sneem people where filling these [on both sides] Here in Ireland a few brave people saw the chance for independence and these fought for their freedom from the Crown, they where the match that lit the flame... We hope to have an old fashioned tea party with a little period street theatre taking place during it, to give the feel of these times. We hope also to bring all ages an insight into these times... As for completely truthful, well perhaps no but maybe to give an idea to those who take part? We would welcome people who wish to dress in period clothes and enjoy the Craic.
