Please make sure you fill out the form clearly and correctly (use block letters). Ensure all sections are entered with name, cloth number and or date of birth (in the case of non-registered sections). Non-registerd competitors are required to verify their age by scanning and sending a copy of their birth certificate, ID or passport. If applicable, the competition entry form does allow for couples to be entered into on one form.
