BILLING Rhonda Vincent & The Rage shall receive 100% sole exclusive headline billing in any and all advertising and publicity. Preferred Performance Times 3:00pm & 8:00pm Artist shall receive the prime performance time for venue, as the headliner. Artist requests final performance to begin no later than 9 p.m. Artist reserves the right to approve any attraction on this program. 2. Purchaser shall only use those provided by Artist s representative for advertising and publicizing this engagement. MERCHANDISE Artist or Artists licensee shall have the sole right to sell, advertise, promote, and distribute in and about the venue any and all merchandise bearing Artist s name and/or likeness, including but not limited to souvenir program books, pictures, recordings, items of clothing, and jewelry. All receipts derived from the sale of said merchandise belong solely to Artist. IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE - Purchaser shall provide hauling transportation and 2 stagehands, for handling of ALL merchandise and equipment to stage and merchandise area. Purchaser shall provide three (3) large tables for the sale of said merchandise, and an area close to the audience entrance, with the highest visibility and brightest lighting; and one (1) electrical outlet close to merchandise area for lighting. Purchaser shall provide a 25 x 45 area for the Martha White Canopy, at an optimal vantage point for audience viewing.
4. PAYMENT Any and all payments shall be made in cash or certified funds of US Currency, unless specifically provided herein. DEPOSITS shall be made in certified funds to Rhonda Vincent. FINAL PAYMENT on day of show shall be made to Rhonda Vincent, in a secure, private area, which cannot be observed by anyone, either staff or audience. In the event Purchaser fails to make payments at or before the time stipulated; Artist shall have the right to withhold performance without prejudice to his rights hereunder. 5. TICKETS Purchaser agrees to have on hand, at the end of the engagement, the ticket manifest and all unsold tickets for verification by Artist s representative. Purchaser agrees to make 10 Complimentary Tickets available to Artist and Artist s representative, Upper Management, the unused portion of which may be placed on sale the day of performance with the permission of Artist or Artist s representative. Purchaser agrees to provide 10 VIP Tickets & Backstage Access for Artist s Sponsorship Executives of Martha White/The J M Smucker Company. Purchaser agrees to allot no more than 2% of total available seats as complimentary tickets. 6. DRESSING ROOM & HOSPITALITY Purchaser agrees to furnish two clean, private dressing rooms with a well-lit mirror and private bathroom facilities for Artist & Band. Purchaser agrees to be solely responsible for the security of items in dressing room, and shall keep all unauthorized persons from entering said area. Dressing room should have comfortable seating for 7 people, and a standard electrical outlet. Purchaser agrees to provide the following: HOT MEAL: (7) Hot Meals - After Show or Before Sound Check (Please no meals within 3 hours of showtime.) Rhonda s favorite meals: Steak, Salad, Baked Potato, Dessert (Steaks Cooked 7 Medium) or - Mashed Potatoes & Fried Chicken, or Italian Feast. They love to eat. Back Stage Amenities: 1 box of Puff s Tissue 1 Case of Bottled Water Finger Sandwiches, Chips, & Snacks are always appreciated. 6 Bottles of Drinking Water ON STAGE
7. PARKING Purchaser agrees to provide Bus Parking for a 45 Tour Bus within close proximity of the performance area, and 50 amp electric shore power. 8. SPECIAL CONSIDERATION -Flash Photography is allowed as long as it is not for commercial use. Purchaser shall not allow the audience to enter the place of performance until such time as the technical set-up has been completed. Artist shall complete said set-up at least one (1) hour prior to time of performance, provided that Purchaser makes place of performance available for said set-up at least four (4) hours prior to the time of performance. A minimum number of authorized personnel shall be present at the sound check. Purchaser will make a reasonable effort during the performance to maintain an orderly listening audience. No recording, broadcasting, filming or taping of the performance is permitted without Artist or Artist s Representatives prior written consent. This includes personal taping from the soundboard. All master recordings or Artist s performance, in whatever format (i.e.: audio, video, film, etc.) shall be deemed the exclusive property of the artist. Purchaser agrees to provide the highest quality of any and all master recordings to Artist for review either by the end of the performance or send to Artist s Representative within 15 days of performance date. 9. ACCOMODATIONS If Purchaser is providing accommodations, Artist prefers to stay in a quality hotel or motel located near the venue. The reservation should be for 7 single rooms, all non-smoking, in the name of RHONDA VINCENT. Purchaser should supply name of hotel, street address, and directions from airport and/or nearest interstate, telephone, fax, and confirmation number. ALL HOTEL RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE GUARANTEED FOR LATE ARRIVAL. TECHNICAL AND STAGING SOUND EQUIPMENT BAND PERFORMANCE STAGE **PHANTOM POWER IS REQUIRED ** VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE NO LIVE FLOWERS, HAY, STRAW, OR EXCESSIVE DUST; due to allergies. Purchaser shall insure a clean, LEVEL, stage, free from all unused equipment; using only artificial types of flowers, and decorations. Purchaser shall provide a professional quality sound system adequate to cover venue and including items listed below: STAGE Purchaser shall provide a covered stage, which will protect ARTIST from the elements, including bright sun, and/or rain and insure the safety of ARTIST and ARTIST S equipment. Show will be cancelled, and artist will be paid in full, if lightening, storms, wind or any safety issues prevail.
Purchaser shall provide two (2) electrical outlets on stage. One on stage left One at center stage. LIGHTS Stage should be a bright general stage wash covering the entire area designated on the stage diagram. In all possible instances a solo spotlight and operator shall be provided. Purchaser shall provide a professional quality lighting system for any indoor performance and/or any outdoor performance when performance will take place near or after sunset. SOUND ARTIST will provide: MICROPHONES: 7 Microphones and Stands: (3) SHURE KSM 44 Microphones, (1) SHURE KSM 27 Microphone, (1) SHURE KSM 81 Microphone; for vocals and instruments. (Note: Microphone stands will be provided by Artist) MONITORS: Artist will use: SHURE 700 Series in-ear monitors, with 12-Channel MACKIE mixer on stage. Artist will provide fiddle stage table & instrument stands. PURCHASER shall provide: Stage Hand & Sound Technician for set up, tear down, sound check. Front of House Sound Mixing Engineer 7 inputs with 7 cables to plug into our monitor board splitter. FOH will mix our sound. We provide our own mics, ear monitors, and small monitor board to be placed on stage. A state-of-the-art professional quality sound mixing board, with a minimum of twelve (12) channels and outputs for mains and monitors, four (4) bands of EQ per channel, (3 bands EQ per channel with mid-sweep is acceptable), outputs for mains, monitors and at least one extra aux/effects send. The system should have 1/3 octave EQ on main send. Power amplification of at least 200 watts per side for mains. The above system should cover auditorium or theater (1000 seats). Size of main speakers and power amplification should be increased accordingly for larger facilities or outdoor festivals. (Stage diagram is attached.) The mixing and soundboard must be operated from an audience position. This position must have a full, clear view of stage center.

Bring Ben & Mickey s vocal mic to meet the same level and intensity as Rhonda s lead vocal. 7 inputs with 7 cables to plug into our monitor board splitter and snake. FOH to mix the sound. Purchaser will provide a FOH engineer. We provide our own mics, ear monitors, and small monitor board to be placed on stage.
