June Local Artist Gallery During the month of June LW Public Library's Local Artist Gallery will host artist, Paul O'Neill. Paul's Reclaimed Art will be featured on in Local Artist Gallery. Our Local Artist Gallery is open during regular library hours. Cabinet of Curiosity The Lake Wales Museum has created the Cabinet of Curiosity in our main lobby. The Cabinet of Curiosity contains examples of unusual items from the Museum's collection and our local history. New items will rotate into the Cabinet of Curiosity each month. Be sure to view this unusual collection from the Lake Wales Museum in the Library's main lobby. Creating an Icon: the Way We Worked on the Singing Tower - Bok Tower Gardens Exhibit The Lake Wales Public Library is honored to be selected to host Bok Tower Gardens' traveling exhibit, Creating an Icon: the Way We Worked on the Singing Tower. The 12-panel exhibit, including a magnetic Bok Tower jigsaw puzzle panel, tells the story of Edward Bok's dream to honor his new home, the United States of America. The exhibit honors the designers and craftsmen who made our local and national icon a reality. This exhibit will remain on display through August. The Ruth Gilman Photo Panels will be re-installed at the end of this temporary exhibit.
