HIGHLITE SERIES The Visionaries Choice www.digitalprojection.com
THE HIGHLITE EXPERIENCE Form and function align with DP s capable yet affordable HIGHlite projector series, powered by 3-chip DLP technology. Compact, rugged and exquisitely capable, DP S HIGHlite series makes medium to large screen precision imagery possible for a variety of budgets. Three versions of this affordable 3-chip projection platform allow integrators and end-users to choose the most appropriate model for their venue. The first is the single-lamp HIGHlite Cine series, capable of delivering crisp imagery for screens up to 20 wide while producing all of the contrast and color fidelity benefits of 3-chip DLP. The second version, the HIGHlite LASER, combines the HIGHlite s color performance and advanced engineering with cuttingedge laser illumination, along with advanced technological solutions such as Warp & Blend. The third combines the HIGHlite LASER s illumination system longevity with 4K source compatibility and 4K on-screen resolution. Regardless of the iteration chosen, DP S HIGHlite displays are resilient solutions for today s rigorous and demanding large scale imaging needs. ADVANCED FEATURES FOR COMPLEX APPLICATIONS For immersive simulation and visualization applications, as well as complex applications with curved screens, HIGHlite LASER projectors include Warp and Blend, as well as specific 3D source compatibility. With Warp, Blend and 3D connectivity, any number of projectors can be employed to produce immersive displays for science, research and entertainment. As an example, by employing blend, 9 projectors can be configured in a 3 x 3 array to create an image that maintains the aspect ratio of a single projector, but with nearly 9 times the resolution and onscreen lumens. DP s onboard image warp technology is included in every HIGHlite projector. This capability provides an intuitive user interface to achieve keystone, cornerstone, pincushion and image bow correction. With image warp control, it is possible to accurately map projectors onto projection surfaces with complex geometry, such as curved and cylindrical screens. The HIGHlite LASER s 20,000 hours+ of illumination life enables continuous operation with minimal maintenance and no lamps to replace. With no lamps to replace, the HIGHlite LASER provides unmatched lifetime cost of ownership per brightness output when compared to traditional lamp-based projectors. Venues demanding a compelling visual experience realize true cost-saving benefits through the HIGHlite s advanced Laser illumination technology. In addition to long-life and stable illumination, HIGHlite LASER models offer unprecedented installation flexibility. There are nearly no limitations on the direction in which you can tilt and operate the projectors. HIGHlite LASER displays can be positioned vertically, horizontally, and almost anywhere in between, without degrading lumen maintenance or the lifespan of the light source. HIGHlite Cine projectors are remarkably affordable, especially considering their extensive list of benefits. Enlisting the imaging fidelity of Texas Instruments DLP technology, single-lamp HIGHlite displays deliver an impressive mix of brightness, color saturation and superb contrast to medium-sized screens. Additionally, HIGHlite models produce bright, beautiful imagery while consuming a fraction of the wattage of similar products due to the incredible efficiency of the single UHP lamp. In terms of lumens produced versus wattage consumed, the HIGHlite Cine Series stands alone in its performance class. Key benefits of single-lamp HIGHlite Cine displays include: Full HD resolution with DarkChip DLP technology. Ultra-high brightness from a single low-wattage, long life lamp. A variety of fixed and zoom lens options, supporting throw ratios ranging from.77:1 6.76:1, thus providing extensive installation flexibility. Horizontal and vertical motorized lens shift, allowing the HIGHlite to be installed in a wide range of positions with respect to the projection screen. DP s Dynamic Black technology, which assures the highest dynamic range is always achieved. 3D source compatibility with all consumer 3D standards. The compact and ultra quiet HIGHlite Cine displays boast 1080p resolution, integrated electronics and a straightforward user interface, rendering them perfect and precise solutions for installations where simplicity and imaging quality are paramount. With both high brightness and high contrast versions available, the HIGHlite Cine series delivers DLP 3-chip imaging fidelity for applications with medium-sized screens, at a price point more akin to the top end of single-chip products. The capable yet affordable HIGHlite Cine series continues DP s legacy of delivering powerful, efficient projectors suited for demanding projection venues. The entry level cost, combined with the highest level of imaging performance, make these single-lamp HIGHlite displays perfect for venues with small to medium sized screens, such as dramatic home theaters, screening rooms, presentation and training rooms, as well as visualization and simulation applications.
