All hires must be booked no later than 48 hours prior to start of hire. Other hires may be accepted at the discretion of Penrith LIGHT & SOUND but may incur additional cost to the hirer. 2. A minimum $50.00 deposit must be received no later than 48 hours prior to start of hire (unless arrangements have been made) to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. The hirer accepts full responsibility for the product during the hire period, (as soon as it leaves Penrith LIGHT & SOUND s care until it is returned) & indemnifies Penrith LIGHT & SOUND for any loss it may have as a result of this hire agreement, and agrees to pay Penrith LIGHT & SOUND the replacement cost of the goods listed if they are damaged in any way. 4. In particular, if any hire equipment is not returned at the designated time, the Customer agrees to pay Penrith LIGHT & SOUND the full cost of one additional days hire plus any Costs incurred by Penrith LIGHT & SOUND. 5. All Hires must be paid for IN FULL prior to dispatch of Hire if they are not on an approved account. 6. Penrith LIGHT & SOUND does not guarantee the use of Hire equipment untill payment is receipted and all terms are accepted. 7. Proof of Identity with name, address & photograph must be supplied prior to the dispatch of any hire. 8. Payments accepted Cash, Eftpos, Direct Deposit. Credit Cards incur a 1% Bank Merchant Fee. 9. Under no circumstances can hire equipment be picked up in trailers (unless fully enclosed) or open vehicles. 10.Full hire terms & conditions are available upon request.
