Christie XCHANGE is an addition to the Standard Limited Warranty policy offered by Christie in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Under Christie XCHANGE Agreement, any LCD and Single-chip DLP unit that fails in the 1 st year of its warranty period will be permanently replaced with a new unit, dispatched to the Customer s premises by the next business day Full details of the Christie product series supported via this programme can be seen in the table below. The programme is free to all Customers upon successful registration to the Christie XCHANGE programme. Christie refers to replacement parts or products shipped on this basis as advance replacement items. In the event that Christie ships a Customer advance replacement items at the Customer s request, and the Customer does not return to Christie, within fifteen (15) days of shipment, the defective parts or products for which the Customer requested advance replacement items, then the items shipped to the Customer will be treated as a sale of parts or products, as applicable, at Christie s standard prices for such items then in effect, the Customer will be responsible for freight and any applicable sales taxes. The Customer will be invoiced accordingly for all applicable charges and will be required to make payment net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. The Customer will not be eligible to receive any further advance replacement items until such payment is made in full. In the event a failure is deemed to be non warranty the repaired unit will be returned to the Customer at their cost, and an invoice generated for the replacement unit that was supplied.

Once the Customer s registration for Christie XCHANGE has been confirmed, this arrangement will remain in effect unless and until either of party notifies the other in writing that this arrangement is terminated. In all other circumstances Christie s Standard Warranty applies. This agreement is a supplement to Christie Standard limited Warranty. This agreement does not apply to obsolete, refurbished or other Products offered for sale by Christie under special programs which specify shorter warranty periods or different warranty terms from those specified in this agreement. Christie Xchange Applies in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
