Forty-five large sized commemorative sets were issued between the start of 1986 and the end of 1990, involving 190 stamps, of which only 17 are known with Perfins. As with the first fifteen years, the majority of these decimal commemoratives are unknown with a Perfin, with thirtyone sets having no Perfin representative at all!
