The TabulaTrack Markerless Tracking Sensor, which allows graphics or a live picture on the mono-color board to be displayed, will also be demonstrated on the same stage as the. TabulaTrack Image LTR Series & MediaConcierge Since the Archive Recorder was introduced at NAB 2010 last year, its new concept in archiving, to simplify archiving systems at the most economical price and exchange archive data, has been well understood and acknowledged by many end users throughout the world. At NAB 2011, more practical solutions for archive systems will be introduced. The new LTR-120HS Archive Recorder, which covers AVC-Intra codec with OP-1a format and also with OP-Atom format, will be unveiled. Thus LTR-120HS more extensive archiving can be arranged with the LTR-120HS and. An + Final Cut Pro system will also be demonstrated. MXF file data recorded in LTO-5 tape of can be bi-directionally communicated with Final Cut Pro. Thus any required portion of recorded data in can be transferred to Final Cut Pro, or any edit data by Final Cut Pro can be sent to an. In this system, a new partial retrieval function, as well as rewriting meta data, will be introduced. An with external LTO-5 drive will also be shown. This external LTO-5 drive will be connected with SAS and used as simultaneous archive data copy. Thus the same data recorded into can be recorded in the external drive. An with IBM auto-loader will also be demonstrated. In this system, up to 48 LTO-5 tapes in the robotic auto-loader can be freely controlled by thus 2,400 hours of an archived system at 50 Mbps can be established. UFM-30FRC Frame Rate Converter module The UFM-30FRC is a new frame rate converter with motion compensation capability, so that moving captions in particular, such as crawl and UFM-30FRC roll, can be smoothly frame rate-converted without any intermittence. Input and output formats cover 525i, 625i, 720P50, 720P59.94, 1080i50, 1080i59.94, and 1080PsF23.98, and conversion between SD (525i/625i) and HD (720P/1080i/1080PsF), as well as between HD (720P/1080i/1080PsF) and HD (720P/1080i/1080PsF) are possible. The UFM-30FRC is a perfect tool for network, production and post-production, and newsroom applications. It can definitely meet low budget requirements. UFM-Series In addition to the UFM-30FRC, other unique yet useful and high performance UFM modules will be exhibited: the UFM- 30FS HD/SD Frame Synchronizer, UFM-30FS-R HD/SD Frame Synchronizer with Relay Bypass, UFM-30FS-DA HD/SD Frame Synchronizer with Audio Embedder & De-embedder, UFM- 30DCC HD/SD Color Corrector, UFM-30DCC2C Dual Channel for UFM-30DCC, UFM-30UDC 3G/HD/SD Up/Down/Cross Converter, and UFM-30DDA HD/SD 1 x 5 Distribution Amplifier, together with a UFM- 30CTL WEB Control System. We invite you to take a closer look at each module and check UFM-Series the incredible performance. FA-9500 THE Processor The FA-9500 has already been utilized by many customers throughout the FA-9500 world, but due to large demand, its delivery schedule has not been able to keep up with all these orders. At NAB 2011, the FA-9500 will be shown with a new FA-95CO Change Over option. The FA-9500 has two independent outputs. With the FA-95CO option, it can keep checking two inputs, and when one input is detected with black signal or CRC error signal (or even non-standard SDI signal), it automatically switches to the other proper input signal. Moreover, even when embedded audio is detected as an incorrect signal, the FA-95CO can change over to the other input signal automatically. And the operator has a choice of either switching back to the previously used input signal manually, or automatically, when the previously used input signal returns to normal a very useful function, especially for network applications. The FA-9500 also has many more standards functions (AVO, color corrector, 3G/HD/SD/analogue up/down conversion, etc.), which provide an absolute difference in functionality and performance from the competition. Please check the unit out! HANABI Switchers A variety of HANABI switchers will be shown at NAB 2011. The most important switcher this time will be the new HVS-4000HS HVS-4000 2ME and 2.5ME HANABI systems. Main features of the HVS- 4000HS include a maximum of 48 inputs and 24 outputs; HD and SD inputs simultaneously accepted and mixed using an up/down/cross converter option; maximum of 18 keyers with 4 keyers per ME as standard; up to 2 DSKs can be installed in an AUX bus as an option so that captions can be superimposed onto AUX outputs; combiner function, which allows DVEs to be combined before ME bus; maximum of 12 still stores; built-in 4/10/16 display multiviewer; up to 6 channels of 2.5DVE and 8 channels of 3D DVE can be added and used together, while all DVEs can process video+key in each channel; built-in color corrector; macro function; S3D stereoscopic switcher mode. More functions are also available in the HVS-4000HS. At NAB, a 2ME operation unit and 2.5ME operation unit will be connected to one HVS-4000HS main unit, so that simultaneous switching operation can be demonstrated. (Kindly note that a 3ME version of HVS-4000HS will be available from this autumn.) Other HANABI systems, an HVS-5400 4ME HANABI, 1.5ME HANABI, and 1ME HANABI, will also be shown. With the HVS- 350HS, an Abekas Mira sports recorder will be interconnected and introduced an Abekas Mira controlled through an will be demonstrated. 03 FOR-A Newsletter vol. 093 NAB 2011 Special Edition
MFR-Routing Switcher Series An MFR-5000 128x128 Multi- Format Routing Switcher, and new, low-cost MFR-1616 16x16 Routing Switcher will also be introduced. An MFR-128x128, including a redundant power supply option and redundant CPU option can be packed into only an 8U height frame! It is GUIcontrollable, with GUI setup so user-friendly, and all the functions you can think of covered. It will be demonstrated with an HVS-5400, HVS-4000HS and HANABI switchers. An MFR-1616 will be introduced with an MFR-18RU Remote Unit in addition to the unit being. The most suitable for use with the 1ME HANABI and/or 1.5ME HANABI, its high performance and very economical price point are definite features. MFR-5000 MFR-RU Series MFR-1616 MFR-3232 setup (either through note PC or the front panel option), and its longer life, definitely more than 7 years (a PC-based unit would typically be less than 5 years). The can be configured from 8 inputs + 2 independent multiview outputs, with up to 32 inputs + 4 independent multiview outputs and maximum 32-input display per output. Within these configurations, mixed format inputs can be multi-displayed on multiview outputs, thus, 3G-SDI, HD-SDI (both 59.94Hz and 50Hz), SD-SDI (both 59.94Hz and 50Hz), analogue composite (both NTSC and PAL) and DVI format inputs can be displayed on one screen. Other standard features such as time display, up and down count time display, audio level display, and tally & title display are included. At NAB 2011, a new MV-32RT 90- degree rotated output display option will be introduced. The can be controlled by HVS-5000 series and HVS-4000 series HANABI switcher systems. 90 degree rotated output S3D Stereoscopic Equipment As S3D products, the 1.5ME HANABI with S3D operation, CEQ-100 Color Equalizer, MV-410HS Multiviewer, VRCAM S3D Sensor-less Virtual Studio, and Flovel camera will be demonstrated. Flovel S3D Camera CEQ-100HS Tally Linking with Routing Switcher, Video Switcher and Multi Viewer Multiviewer The has been competing with other manufacturers products this past year. So far, well-reputed features of the include neither a PC nor PC board being integrated within the unit for immediate use after AC power-on, easy Ultra-sensitive HD Camera The Flovel EM-120Hpro high sensitivity HD camera using EM-CCD will also be introduced at the FOR-A booth.
