Image Quality Guideline The guideline below applies only for the first image. Mandatory guidelines are minimum requirements needed for product upload. Recommended requirements are for better customer experience and conversion rate on all devices Mandatory Recommended Number of images - Minimum of 1 product image must be uploaded - 2 to 8 product images to be uploaded Image size and resolution Product view in image Others - Minimum image display of 500 x 500 pixel and maximum 2000 x 2000 pixel. - Image has minimum 72dpi resolution: product must looks clear, sharp and neither blurry, grainy or pixelated - Front view of main product is clearly shown and not blocked or covered. - Multi product, multi view and multi color products are allowed in the same image yet the exact product being sold must be mentioned in the product name/ short description/ highlights - Product should be unwrapped. Unwrapped products are only accepted for all categories as long as the product sold is shown clearly on the package - Product is displayed in correct shape, no stretched and proportionate in image - Product image is matching with the content - For lingerie, underwear, sleepwear, swimming suit cultural sensitivity of the local region to be taken into account on case by case basis to decide on model/mannequins or individual piece - Product image display of 850 x 850 pixels and above - 1 x 1 image ratio is recommended - Product should cover more than 80% the canvas of the longest axis - Product image has white background - Product should have front view display or a 30 degree angle view of the product. - Product is professionally photographed in studio - The entire of product is shown in the canvas - Product has no reflection of people or other objects. - Product is clean and free from dust or fingerprints. - Product surface / material close-up is clearly shown - Image does not contain watermark, text, logo or graphics.

QC Flexibility Graininess Product quality is clear, no grainy, text printed is readable -> APPROVE Product quality is slightly grainy, text printed is still readable -> APPROVE Product quality is really grainy due to low quality, text printed is not readable -> REJECT
QC Flexibility Focal point in photography The whole product is clear and on focus -> APPROVE The main feature of product is on focal point while other parts are out of focus -> APPROVE The whole product is out of focus -> REJECT
