The course has a variety of surfaces including asphalt, brick, boardwalk, crushed rock, and grass. There is a combination of up hills, down hills, tight turns and flat stretches throughout the course. Native Michigan woodlands are in abundance along with a wide variety of zoo animals to catch your eye. The Chamber Outing provides members the opportunity to enjoy a day on the greens with friends, clients or prospects and network with chamber leaders & board members. As part of the admission price, each guest receives a souvenir Bonteboktoberfest tasting glass, 12 drink tickets and small bite food pairings. Bonteboktoberfest is a fundraising event named for the bontebok, a rare species of antelope found in the Western Cape Area of South Africa and in Wild Africa at Binder Park Zoo. The bontebok is a Species Survival Plan (SSP) animal through the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA). ZooBoo runs October 18-21 & 25-28; Thursday and Friday 4-8 pm and Saturday and Sunday 1-8pm (closed Monday through Wednesday). Admission is $9 per person for zoo members and $10 for non-members and may be purchased at the gate. Admission includes unlimited train, carousel and hayrides, the Trick-or-Treat Trail, life-size games, and the Wild Science Zone with six spooky learning themes.
