www.10pact.com Classic Rock with Horns A new DFW band Hits from the 60 s to today Rock & Roll, Blues Soul, R&B Whether it s a private party, convention, wedding, or a night at a restaurant or club with live music, you have the same goal in mind...provide entertainment that draws in the crowd and gets them engaged in having fun. You want to make sure they leave feeling like they had a time to remember. 10pact fills the venue with hit music that makes them want to come back for more. Its not just because they love the excitement our show generates...we love it too...and it becomes contagious. The music is ALL live. No sequencers. No synthesized drums. It is all REAL, exuding all of the passion and emotion audiences long for. We can t just stand and play. We feel the music. The audience can t just listen, they have to move to it. It starts with the powerful and soulful vocals of Jennifer Chiappone. We blend in four horns with a BIG sound...trumpet, trombone, and tenor sax for thick harmonies, and bari sax for a fat bottom. The horns go wireless...they can get out with the crowd and mix it up. The rhythm section has substantial road experience and knows how to lay down a groove in any style. The music is highly danceable, mostly Top 40 from multiple charts. We ve lived the music we play, having cut our teeth performing the songs while they were actually on the charts. The song list has a large number of charted hits from the 60 s and 70 s, mostly with horns. We add works from artists that are more obscure but have great tunes, and finish it off with stuff from the 80 s to today. 10pact 706 Alendale Dr. Coppell, Texas, 75019 Phone: 469-586-6959 E-mail: randy@10pact.com We are a new band, but our experience in performing is impressive. We are made up of former road musicians and band directors, with each of us having substantial resumes playing locally. Given that we are just arriving on the scene as a band, our price will be very competitive for the sound you will get and the enjoyment your guests will have. Listen to the demo...that is the real 10pact. What you hear is what you will get. We won t disappoint.

was conceived from the concept of live music. Sequenced and synthesized music is great for recordings and the radio, but when a song is performed live, it needs to feel live. The audience needs to look up and see the fingers of the man on keys soaring across the keyboard; the lead vocalists pouring their souls into the joy and pain of every song as if living it at that very moment; the guitarist rising on the tips of his feet to ascend to the screams of his notes; horns players confidently creating a wall of sound, then dancing to beat of the riffs they lay out. That is 10pact. The experience of each of our members is steeped in live performance, and the music we play is chosen to facilitate the greatest amount of action on stage as well as the dance floor. The greatest complement we get, and the greatest testament to our success as performers, is the statement: You guys look like you are really having fun up there. When we enjoy playing each song, they enjoy participating as an audience. Most of our music is from the 60 s and 70 s. We lived these songs as they hit the charts, and our musical lives have a story in each one. Even though our focus is on our generation, we find the greatness of the songs transcend time, and younger audiences love the live as well. Classic rock, soul and R&B, Motown, and today s music...done right...done Live. Bari Sax, Vocals, Aux. Percussion As the band leader, Randy not only manages the group but leads the way in making every song a thrill. You will be amazed at how he makes that big bari sax move. He has plenty of performance experience; the Grammy-winning jazz band at the High School for Performing and Visual Arts in Houston; Bachelor of Music from the University of North Texas; former high school band director in Dallas and Lake Dallas; performer with Robert Lee Kobb and the Local Heroes; performer and arranger with Groove Rooster and Justin Exit; and leader of Days, a horn band in Houston.
Jennifer Chiappone Vocals Jennifer has been singing professionally since the age of 12. She has toured the United States and Canada for several years and has opened for many national acts. Her style spans the range from deeply soulful singing R&B to gritty when belting the rock and roll to smooth on the ballads. Performing is her passion and it definitely shows on stage. Matt Plozaj Keys Matt Plozaj is the wizard on the keys. Organ, Piano, Synthesizer, even Harmonica. Matt has the versatile skills to lay down the chords to any style. In addition to being the backbone of the 10pact sound with the rhythm section, Matt is seen around town playing dance music with Diva G and High Maintenance and smooth jazz with Gloria D'Arezzo & Friends. Matt loves to mix it up with the audience, cruising the crowd with his wireless keyboard. Mike Nelson Guitar, Vocals Mike has been playing guitar since age 10, and joined his first band at 14. Largely self taught, he was a full-time pro player from 1969-73. During that time he toured the mid-america states with a Houston band, Kenlo; then joined a popular DFW area band, Cheshire.
