THE WORLD'S MOST ADVANCED CONTROL SYSTEM Delta s Distributive Vision Control System (DVCS) is one of the world s most advanced control systems designed specifically for control room visual display systems. Combining the latest advances in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology with recent improvements in video encoding efficiency, the Delta DVCS enables customers to capture, distribute, control and display high definition video sources over an IP network reliably and cost-effectively. 100% Digital Network The Delta DVCS incorporates state-of-the-art DVCS input processors which capture RGB and video signals from a range of input sources including computers and video cameras. The signals are processed and transmitted over the IP network via a 100/1000M ethernet switch using standard CAT5 cabling and then displayed by DVCS output display processors. All RGB and video signals are captured, processed, transmitted and displayed in digital format. This ensures all signal noise is completely avoided with no degradation in signal quality over long distances. Both input and output processors have dedicated bandwidth within the DVCS network ensuring data transmission between the processors is completely independent of other communicating processors. Exceptional Visual Quality The Delta DVCS incorporates a number of advanced processing technologies including state-of-the-art signal capturing, motion adaptive de-interlacing, high quality image scaling, 3D noise reduction, color dithering, color space conversion and IP stream transmission. The processors capture video signals at full resolution while retaining their original frame rate and color depth. Designed with a distributive system structure, the DVCS ensures the highest level of reliability. Furthermore, its embedded design makes the system ideal for 24/7 operation with no risk of computer viruses entering the system. High Reliability All input and output processors are connected via standard, off-the-shelf CAT5 cables and hence no analog RGB/Video cable is needed. This makes the system design and installation process extremely simple and easy. Moreover, with a Browser/Server (B/S) structure, there is no need to install any software on client computers for DVCS control. Simple System Installation A display processor can be configured to display single or multiple sources in windows of any size. Alternatively, multiple display processors can be grouped together to drive a display wall of virtually any size with content spanning one or more walls. Highly Flexible & Scalable All signals are processed in real time, irrespective of the number of signals or the size of video display wall. Large scale displays with up to 10,000 display units can be supported each with up to 64 signals. Additional input or outputs can easily be added to the system as your needs change and grow. As you add more ports and processors the system adjusts itself automatically needing no configuration or external signal management.
Control At Your Finger Tips Display setup and configuration of windows is controlled by the DVCS manager. This powerful software tool is capable of controlling multiple displays simultaneously (>10,000 units). Using its intuitive, user-friendly graphical interface, the control room operator can control the display parameters of each individual window displayed on every screen with the simple click of a mouse. All content, including high resolution graphics and video, can be presented on the display in any size and at any position. The DVCS manager also supports static layout and automatic layout creating, editing, loading and deleting with any layout loaded in under one second irrespective of the size of display or number of windows. Because the DVCS features a Brower/Server (B/S) structure, users can control the DVCS via any web browser. This structure also enables multiple users to control the display at the same time. Multichannel IP Stream Decoding Solution Based on the DVCS technology, Delta s latest IP stream decoding solution provides the capabilities to capture and display various IP stream signals. This enables the DVCS to participate in large-scale surveillance networks with highperformance and cost-effective decoding and monitoring. Delta s Multichannel IP Stream Software (IPSS) is compatible with various IP camera models and coding formats including MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264, MJPEG and Wavelet. The IPSS can automatically detect the signal format of an IP camera. The DVCS CODEC engine then decodes, encodes the video, and sends it to the DVCS display processors. Users can control and display the videos in moveable and scalable windows on the display wall. The DVCS audio processors encode and decode both analog and digital audio signals, and signals are transmitted as IP packets over the network all in real-time using standard CAT5 cabling. The audio input and output processors support TOSLINK optical cables, BNC connectors (S/PDIF or AES3id), RCA (L+R) connectors and ¼ inch balanced TRS (L+R) cables. They also supports up to 192kHz/24bit sampling for each audio channel with a minimum SNR of 100dB, ensuring exceptionally high-quality audio. The DVCS audio processor is precisely synchronized with the video processor to achieve highly accurate lip synchronization. The input processor is capable of capturing and transmitting the audio signal to single or multiple audio output processors for playback. The DVCS manager incorporates WIBU encryption the world s most advanced technology in software protection and license management. The software is encrypted with AxProtector by integrating secure information into the software and storing the license in a USB dongle. Software Protection When the DVCS manager is running, it first checks the USB dongle to obtain license information. All required data and codes are then decrypted into the memory, while other data is re-encrypted dynamically. Thus, the software is completely protected against unauthorized access while it is running.
