SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS * Read instructions: All safety/operating instructions should be read before the product is operated. * Keep these instructions: These instructions should be retained for future reference. * Observe all warnings: Adhere to all warnings on the appliance and in the operating instructions. * Follow all instructions: All operating instructions should be followed. * Accessories: Only use accessories specified by the manufacturer. * Check for any possible hazards first such as pipes, electrical cables etc. before the installation. * Do not open the Waterproof LCD TV, contact your dealer if the TV is not operating properly. * Do not attempt to disassemble the unit. This will invalidate your warranty. * Do not drop the unit or make any scratch on the panel when you move the product. Any scratch on the panel or drop of the product may cause functional failure. * Do not press the display panel hard or use sharp objects to clean. * Install the TV in stable place. 5. REMOTE CONTROL POWER For switching on or switching off TV/AV Press this button, a menu, including TV, DTV, AV, HDMI, PC will display. Press the upward or downward keys to select items you want and press right direction key to access. Make sure that LCD TV is power off (2). Insert the CATV cable into antenna socket (3). Turn on the TV (4). Select TV or DTV mode (5). Control the volume by VOL-/VOL+ (6). Using CH+/CH- to chose the channel (7). LCD TV can be turned off by power button on remote control 2.Connect the AV or HDMI (1). Make sure that both of AV device and monitor are power off (2). Connect AV device and LCD TV with AV cable (3). Connect audio cable into the audio input jack on LCD TV (4). Turn on the LCD TV, then turn on the AV device (5). SELECT AV or HDMI mode (6). Control the volume by VOL-/VOL+ (7). LCD TV can be turned off by power button on remote control 3.Connect the PC (1). Make sure that both of PC and LCD TV are power off (2). Connect PC and LCD TV with the PC cable, fasten the screws (3). Insert the AC adaptor port into power input jack, connect another port to the power supply (4). Connect the audio cable (5). Turn the LCD TV on, and then turn on the PC (6). Set the input source to PC mode (7). Control the volume by VOL-/VOL+ (8). LCD TV can be turned off by the power button on remote control LANGUAGE Press button to select Language.Press button to select English or RUSSIAN AUTO TUNNING Press button to select Auto-Tuning, press OK button to access the menu.and the EXIT button can be used as the EXIT function when want to leave the menu A 8 9

Press TV/AV button to display the input source list; Press button or TV/AV button to select the input source you want to watch; Press OK button or button to enter the input source; PICTURE Menu menu to display the main menu. to select Picture in the main menu. 1. to select the option that you want to adjust in Picture menu. 2. to change the value. 3.After finishing your adjustment, Press menu button to save and return back to the previous menu. Picture Mode to select the Picture Mode, then the button to select. You can change the value of contrast, brightness, color, sharpness, tint, color temp when the picture is in user mode. Tips: You can press PMODE button on the remote control to change the Picture Mode directly. Contrast to select Sound Mode, then press the button Brightness to select Sound Mode, then press the button Color to select Sound Mode, then press the button Sharpness to select Sound Mode, then press the button ASPECT RATIO to select the Picture Mode, then the button to select Picture Size. (16:9, 4:3, zoom1, zoom2, AUTO) NOISE REDUCTION to select the Picture Mode, then the button to select Picture Mode. (AUTO, LOW, HIGH) SOUND Menu menu to display the main menu. to select Sound in the main menu. 1. Sound menu. to select the option that you want to adjust in 10 11

(Available Sound mode: PERSONAL/VOICE/ MUSICE/THEATRE ) Treble to select Sound Mode. then press the button Bass to select Sound Mode. then press the button Auto volume to select Sound Mode. then press the button to select On or Off Surround sound to select Sound Mode. then press the button Timer Menu menu to display the main menu. to select Time in the main menu. to change value, Then press OK button to adjust shutdown time's clock Minute and Second. On TIME to select Sound Mode, Then press the button to enter the next menu. to change value, Then press OK button to adjust start-up time's clock Minute and Second. Sleep Timer to select Sound Mode, then press the button (Off,240 ",180",120",60",30",15",10") Option Menu menu to display the main menu. to select Setup in the main menu. Clock Auto Clock Off TIME to select Sound Mode, then press the button to enter the next menu. Language to select OSD Language. then press the button Audio Language. to select Audio Language. then press the button Subtitle Language. to select Subtitle Language. then press the button Hearing Impaired. to select Hearing Impaired. then press the button to select On or Off. Channel Menu menu to display the main menu. to select Channel in the main menu. 12 13

Auto Turning to select Auto Turning.then press button or ENTER button to enter. Press button to select the option that you want to adjust in the Installation Guide menu. Then press the button to select Country. Press button to select Start, then press the button OK to start auto search. Press button to select Cancel, then press the button EXIT to exit the menu. NOTE: Do not press other key then it will be search analog and digital Signal both in TV and DTV mode, automatically. Skip option allows you to skip the current channel. When set ON the program number will be skipped when you select the channel with the CH+/- button. but is you want to restore the channel you have skipped just press the digital button to select this channel and operate as step above, But set it OFF. Program Edit to select Program Edit. then press button or ENTER button to into. 1>Storage Number to select Storage.then press the button to select Number. 2>System to select the sound system and color system respectively. Normally, Pal/ Secam and Auto for color system are included and BG/ DK/L/AUTO, for sound system are available. When the value auto is selected, the system begins to recognize the current color system of the program automatically. 3>Search to select Search. then press the button to select fine tune item in menu. 4>Fine-Tune to select Fine-Tune, If the picture or sound received is not very good you can press the button to conduct fine tune from high frequency to low frequency till best picture sound effect is obtained. 5>SKIP 1>DELETE to select Program, Press the RED button to mark the channel, press the RED button again to confirm the operation. 2>RENAME to select Program, Press the GREEN button to rename the channel. then press the button to select the character that you want. 3>MOVE to select Program, Press the YELLOW button to mark the channel, press the button to Exchange places. 4>SKIP to select Program, Press the BLUE button to mark the channel, Then a LOGO will showed beside the channel. Press OK or EXIT to confirm the operation and cancel the editing. Skip option allows you to skip the current channel. Sound track switch and language switch LANG to display multi-audio page while the DTV signal is normal. 4. Program List LIST to access the Channel list menu as illustrated below: Press the direction keys to switch among the different tracks repeatedly, stereo, left and right. Different languages for audio are displaying at the center of the screen. Move the cursor to select the language you need. Then press the button OK to confirm and press the button EXIT to get away from the multi-audio page. 6. Subtitle If you want to browse the Subtitle, please press the button subtitle on the remote control to access the subtitle page as illustrated below. 4.1 The picture above displays current channels listed and set by the user. Move the cursor to select the program and press the button OK to switch the program and press the button EXIT to exit. 4.2 Under the normal condition, press the button TV/Radio to switch between the DTV program and Radio. 20 21

7. EPG If you want to get to know the current or future programs which will be showed in the near future, you can press the button EPG on the remote control to access the program guide page. EXIT to exit. VI. TROUBLE SHOOTING PROBLEMS POSSIBLE REASONS MAKE SURE THE POWER IS ON AND BE CONNECTED CORRECTLY MAKE SURE THE USING TV SYSTEM IS RIGHT 7.1 DISPLAY Display the current program information by pressing the button DISPLAY while the D-TV signal is working well. 7.2 Schedule GREEN to display Reminder program table. 7.3 DATE YELLOW to access the daily mode which displays the programs by days. Then press the button to select the character that you want. 7.4 Reminder BLUE to enter program settings menu, you are prompted to set up programs need to be reminded. NO SOUND AND PICTURE POOR RECEPTION DARK PICTURE UNSTABLE PICTURE SNOWFLAKE APPEARANCE POOR COLOR IMAGE IS NOT STABLE AND MAY APPEAR TO VIBRATE HORIZONTAL NOISE ON THE IMAGE VERTICAL BARS OR STRIPES ON THE IMAGE NO EFFECT WHEN REMOTE CONTROLLING MAKE SURE ALL THE INPUTS ARE CONNECTED CORRECTLY THE CHANNEL SELECTION IS NOT DONE PROPERLY RESETTING THE CHANNELS THE VOLUME IS TURNED OFF. THE ANTENNA IS NOT CONNECTED PROPERLY THE BRIGHTNESS AND CONTRAST ARE NOT ADJUSTED PROPERLY. THE ANTENNA IS NOT ADJUSTED PROPERLY.
