TERMS OF PAYMENT and HIRE CONDITIONS Damage to equipment due to the negligence of the hirer, his/her staff or guests will be the full responsibility of the renter who will be required to reimburse Exhibition Hire Services LP / Displayworks LP for reasonable costs of repair or replacement. 1) Confirmation is subject to stock availability and full payment received 2) HIRE orders must be paid for IN FULL prior to the hire commencement date. 3) A Late Fee of 25% of total hire will apply for late orders (A late order is an order that is placed once pack-in has commenced.) 4) Freight and Administration Fees applied to all orders.
