The Great Barn Opera Vera and Hillingdon Council present La Boheme Sunday 26 and Monday 27 August at 6pm Professional company Opera Vera is back performing quality opera with their production of Puccini s La Boheme the tale of love between a poet and a seamstress in 19th century Paris. These performances take place inside Manor Farm s 700 year old Great Barn. Cost: 16 Hans, The Witch and The Gobbin Saturday 1 September at 11am and 3pm celebrates 50 years since its opening, with a revival of the first-ever play staged there. Written by Alan Cullen, this is a charming, quirky and funny play for children, with three acts performed by volunteers for the next generation of Compass theatregoers to enjoy. Recommended for five-year-olds and over.
