Advantys Model STBDAI5260 Input Module Overview The STB DAI 5260 is an Advantys STB two-channel, digital input module that features individual input channel isolation and reads inputs from 115 VAC sensor devices. The STB DAI 5260 is designed for control applications where input channel isolation is a requirement and the system includes separate power sources for each input channel and device. This module has IEC type 1 inputs that enable it to directly read sensor signals from mechanical switching devices such as relay contacts, switches, and push buttons operating in normal environmental conditions. Each input channel includes configurable input polarity that allows the selection of logic normal mode, where a 1 indicates an ON signal from the sensor, a reverse logic mode, where a 0 indicates an ON signal from the sensor. The default setting is the logic normal mode and the inputs are configurable on a per channel basis using the Advantys configuration software. The Advantys STB DAI 5260 input module includes four LED indicators on the front of the module that provides a visual indication of the operating status of the module and its two digital input channels. The LEDs are positioned in the center of the module s bezel and include indicators for the Ready signal that indicated the health of the input module, the Fault signal to indicate an error condition and the input state, channels 1...2, (input ON/OFF).
