2016-2017 CLASSICAL SCHOOL INSTRUMENTAL PROGRAM
ABOUT OUR PROGRAM Shout for joy to the God of Jacob! Raise a song; sound the tambourine, the sweet lyre with the harp. Blow the trumpet at the new moon! This year at Tall Oaks, students will have the wonderful opportunity to glorify God through learning a musical instrument! God s Word is full of commands to play musical instruments and to glorify Him in everything we do. For this reason and many others learning to play a musical instrument can be a valuable experience for Christians of all ages and a lifelong tool for ministry. Classes and lessons in piano, strings, brass, wind and percussion will be offered. Students will have the opportunity to hear these various instruments demonstrated at the beginning of the school year and then sign up. If you already know what instrument you would like to learn you can sign up right away.
